The receprionist was very helpful with advice on how to reach the underground garage. This worked well, and had a lift up to the apartment. At street level, below the accommodation there was an excellent Indian restaurant and, around the corner an Aldi for buying provisions. Aldi shares the underground parking with the hotel. The accommodation was very well presented, and everything worked well.

Street parking in the area is very difficult, since all of the parking spaces were occupied. Underground parking is available (at a cost), but you need your room key to get access to the lift from the car park. The ground opposite the hotel is a huge building site, so could be noisy and dusty during the working week.

The rooms were clean, well appointed and spacious. There is a supermarket 100 meters away, and 2 shopping malls. There are some nice bars about 200 meters away

I called before arrival to book a parking space in the underground car park. I was told that I needed to go to reception when I arrived and that I would be given directions to the car park, and a remote control for entry. When I arrived the receptionist said he did not know anything about my car park booking, then he found a note of it and written on my paperwork but told me that it had not been confirmed and that the car park was full and I would have to go to different public car park a 10 minute walk away. There was coffee in the room, but no tea or milk.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was spotless. The room has a kitchenette which helps a lot; you can make breakfast and maybe cook a couple of meals (your wallet will thank you as Luxembourg is on the expensive side). The windows blocked the noise, so there was no disturbance while sleeping. There are a couple of supermarkets nearby and the train station is also very close(a 20min train ride to Luxembourg City).

Just two details: The stove doesn't have a vent, so if you make something with a more intense smell, your room will end up smelling like food. There are no kitchen cloths so cleaning up while cooking and drying the washed dishes wasn't comfortable. We ended up using a towel from the bathroom. Other than that, everything was alright.

Loved the location…close to restaurants, the Belval Shopping Center, train and bus stops and supermarkets. Perfect! The room was really big. It’s a studio apartment with a large enough bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and the water in the fridge was a bonus. Loved the rainfall shower head. Coffee and Tea were available in the lobby but because we had a kettle and coffee maker in the room, we didn’t need it. But, it was a nice touch though. Charlane at Reception was exceptionally helpful, especially with ordering food on the first night and liaising with Housekeeping for fresh towels and supplies. I thought the apartment was good value for money.

Housekeeping services was the blot for our one week stay….we requested service only twice and on both occasions we had issues with the service. The first time, nothing was done except to change the faulty remote, the bag of food service containers and additional garbage was however left in the room. On the second occasion, the beds and bathroom were done, but the dirty dishes were left in the sink and a lamp was broken. However, this was quickly changed when reported. The bathroom sink was clogged, it was reported but wasn’t fixed. We rectified the problem ourselves.

The apartments are clean, well equipped with furniture and kitchen appliances. There are large windows and good air conditioning.

The fire alarm 🚨 kept going off (false alarm) almost every day. We were there for 5 nights and the fire alarm went off 4 times. And all 4 times it was a false alarm! We heard from the locals that this happens often. But apparently the owners of the hotel have not done anything about it! Each time the alarm went off (including at 1 am at night) everyone in the hotel had to flee! This was a terrible experience, especially for the little children and babies who were staying at the hotel with their families.

Clean, modern and spacious studio with plenty of cooking facilities provided, along with a courtesy tray with tea and coffee. Welcoming staff. Convenient location a few steps from a bus stop and Belval Plaza shopping centre. Good Wi-Fi, TV channels and breakfast.

The fruit salad at breakfast. There is a big building site next door. We were there on a Saturday night and no work took place on the Sunday, but we can imagine that it must be noisy during the week.

Everything was really comfortable and clean we had no issues with that.

The upper bathroom door hinge of the room 207 was not correctly stuck in the door frame. I was able to fix that rather quickly but there should be a permanent solution in the future since its kinda loose. It seems someone slammed the door open really hard at some point because the door stopper is crooked and the door has some splattered off material on the closing side. One of the lights inside the ceiling of the bathroom had a flickering issue that was also kinda solved by inserting it more firmly but it unsocketed itself sometimes. And on top of the wall mount for the bed the cushion on the most right is not glued to the construction anymore.

So clean, so comfortable, so quiet, such a big room, so close to transport, so close to supermarkets, such a great location in itself and lovely friendly staff. Apartment was very well equipped and free coffee pods for the coffee machine were greatly appreciated. We accidentally booked this hotel wanting to be close to Luxembourg city and are so glad we did. Best place we've stayed in our 2 months in Europe so far. And it was easy getting to the city via the free public transport. Make sure you tour the old steel manufacturing plant while you're here - quite amazing!

great location. free translation to Luxembourg center in 40mins. pet friendly 8 euros per day and secured parking 12euros per day which is reasonable price. the room is big and view is nice. I give 10/10 to the staff especially to the gentleman in the reception. the room is equipped with kitchen and dish washer. free capsule coffee . King size bed.

the access from the room the the parking has so many doors . and not marked clearly . of course it is not the fault of the hotel still 10/10 to the hotel.

Nice, spacious, super clean. Equipped with a small kitchen cabinet with microwave oven, fridge and a small dishwasher. Bed was comfy, not too soft, and that is good. Breakfast was delicious.

My neighbor was listening to hardbass at midnight, the walls were resonating, I couldn’t sleep. The receptionist was really helpful and asked her to turn off her music. As she turned back, a few minutes later she was banned from the hotel. That is how uncivilized human beeings go.
