Modern Appart hotel well-located in Esch-Belval. All commodities are within walking distance (supermarkets, commercial centre, bus stops). Very interesting post-steel industry transformation of the area into cultural campus close to the hotel. Bright room with well-equipped kitchenette. Professional staff.

No free parking for hotel residents (this is a community feature in the area, not specific to this hotel and compared to others their fee is cheaper).

Very quiet at night and even during the day. Very clean room and well-maintained facilities. Comfy shower. Comfy bed.

The view outside of the room. I requested with a message with a staff to have a room not facing the street with construction going on. But the staff who confirmed this request to me forgot about this and I was later given a room to my dislike regarding the view.

We had a wonderful stay for 7 nights.. It was a surprise birthday trip for my husband and it couldn't have been better. Accommodation is beautiful, well equipped. Was warm and clean and loved the bathroom and shower. We were able to add parking as id forgotten to book it - used the washing machines and dryer which was 7 euros so not expensive. Not in centre of Luxembourg city which is what we wanted but plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby -

The receprionist was very helpful with advice on how to reach the underground garage. This worked well, and had a lift up to the apartment. At street level, below the accommodation there was an excellent Indian restaurant and, around the corner an Aldi for buying provisions. Aldi shares the underground parking with the hotel. The accommodation was very well presented, and everything worked well.

Street parking in the area is very difficult, since all of the parking spaces were occupied. Underground parking is available (at a cost), but you need your room key to get access to the lift from the car park. The ground opposite the hotel is a huge building site, so could be noisy and dusty during the working week.

The rooms were clean, well appointed and spacious. There is a supermarket 100 meters away, and 2 shopping malls. There are some nice bars about 200 meters away

I called before arrival to book a parking space in the underground car park. I was told that I needed to go to reception when I arrived and that I would be given directions to the car park, and a remote control for entry. When I arrived the receptionist said he did not know anything about my car park booking, then he found a note of it and written on my paperwork but told me that it had not been confirmed and that the car park was full and I would have to go to different public car park a 10 minute walk away. There was coffee in the room, but no tea or milk.

Spacious and very clean rooms with lots of amenities. The staff was extremely helpful from online booking until check-in, even though we arrived very late.

Parking (20€) was a bit on the pricy side, and it requires reservation as only about 10 places are reserved for the hotel.

breakfast had absolutely no variety . Their has to be at least some variety of food items when so many international tourist come and stay, we expect some solid food items in breakfast

The staff was extremely rude specially the lady in the morning shift was super rude. she just spoiled my Luxembourg stay experience.

Great place to stay if you are staying for a few days. Kitchen makes it feel like home rather than a hotel. Aldi downstairs to buy food to make in kitchen. Secure parking in the basement (although quite expensive per day). All in all, a great choice if you are staying in the area for a few days.

Clean, modern and spacious studio with plenty of cooking facilities provided, along with a courtesy tray with tea and coffee. Welcoming staff. Convenient location a few steps from a bus stop and Belval Plaza shopping centre. Good Wi-Fi, TV channels and breakfast.

The fruit salad at breakfast. There is a big building site next door. We were there on a Saturday night and no work took place on the Sunday, but we can imagine that it must be noisy during the week.

Great room, very spacious, close to the rockhal. We had parking for the night. It was directly under the hotel, so very handy if you have a lot of luggage. The studio was larger than we thought and it was very clean and nicely decorated.

The only thing we could fault was the breakfast, it was quite basic, so for 17 euros per person we found it a bit overpriced.
