Lovely chateaux, great service in the library and super breakfast.

Charging 60€ per person on top of the room charge for access to the spa is a bit much…

Stunning property with kind and attentive staff. Really enjoyed the outdoor pool which was quiet despite it being August and the breakfast was exceptional with so much to choose from and really quality ingredients. Our beds were comfortable and the shower was great (particularly liked the complimentary toiletry products which were really good quality too). Would definitely return, we found an incredible Italian restaurant 10 minutes away which was a great find!

It’s on the pricey side (though was definitely worth it) and it is a shame you don’t get access to the spa being an overnight guest but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay regardless.

The room was beautiful with a stunning view. The breakfast was beautiful and the staff at the Spa were amazing. We had five treatments between my husband and myself and they were all amazing. Loved that you have an option in the gym with brand new instruments that are easy to use.

The restaurant could have had more food options as the menu was the same on the second night. I think that when you have someone staying for more than one evening it is essential to change the menu every night.

The property is beautiful. Especially in snow, it looks amazing. The buildings are beautiful and the rooms are very comfortable and chic. Everything in the rooms are beand new. Very comfortable beds. Nuxe adds an additional value. The location is quite far from main city, so if you want to shop or eat at a good restaurant, you better do before you go to the hotel location. There is a restaurant at the property but price/quality don't match. They need a better chef. But the hotel is like a dream. The staff is very good.

The room was spacious and comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful, the restaurant and bars excellent. The hotel is superbly located in the heart of the Ardennes: ideal for day trips.

The faucet in the bathroom wash basin is peculiar: difficult to turn off and regulating the water temperature is nearly impossible. The television is a disaster. It turns itself off without warning, has no program guide or teletext, and adjusting brightness is impossible—but of course it’s a Samsung, so that explains it.

The restaurant was superb, one of the best we've eaten in. The heated outdoor pool was great. Modern, clean, well decorated bedrooms.

We arrived early, and the room was not ready, but we were advised to check in to save time later and to return at 3pm for room key. When we arrived back at 3pm we then had to stand in a long line of guests all checking in to get our key. It transpires superior rooms can check in from 2pm, other rooms only from 3. So nothing to do with rooms being ready and a poor experience at a luxury hotel.

I found the spa online and was so enchanted by the cave pool that I immediately booked a massage. It is extremely convenient to have the hotel right there as once I am done relaxing at the spa I want to shower and get ready for dinner. The place is enchanting. The courtyard was beautiful and my room was clean. Located about 10-15 minutes away from great restaurants. Recommend.

I enjoy natural lighting but it was a bit weird that my window faced the parking lot so anyone walking by could look into the room. There was also no screen on the window. Seemed a bit unsecured especially for a first floor room.

The property is stunning. The personnel is kind and well prepared, the location beautiful. The food is excellent.

The SPA is definitely not worth it. Besides being expensive (60€ per person on top of the stay), it is incredibly small. It only had the “red cave” pool, a whirlpool, and two super tiny saunas and hammams. The “relax” zone is very small so it is almost impossible to find a spot to enjoy it. I would say it is a bit of an “Instagram” trap and definitely not worth the price.

Stunning property with lots of original features, bathroom was delightful and the beds were super comfortable. Food was delicious and the library is a lovely little area.

Location isn’t great, if you’re not driving and coming from the airport it’s a long and difficult journey with public transport. They take a large security deposit when you arrive at check-in and food options are limited. Perhaps a vending machine or even just a dedicated room service menu with simple food options would be beneficial. More information and imagery of the castles history could be provided too.

Checking in was very smooth. I also found the staff most helpful the whole time. Everything in the room - and indeed most of the hotel that I saw - was very appealing. The setting was also very attractive.

The reason I couldn't give the room the highest score is that I have a painful back (arthritis) and the pitched ceiling meant bending over to get to the window and things in that area. That was literally painful. But manageable, so it wasn't a disaster. Just painful. I would add that in this day and age, having even more power outlets, possibly including USB ports in greater numbers than you can imagine, will be very desirable additions. The electronics are not going away.
