From check in to check out , Gordana the Receptionist was so bubbly, hospitable, kind, positive and professional! simple needs that i needed with my baby she was able to guide me and get the task done efficiently! We cant expect for everything to be perfect- as we are visiting , it is not our home - however Gordana made me feel like at home with my 10 month old and 5 year old and husband.

As the hotel is in an open great location , our rooms did get quite warm and stuffy- other than that no massive issues. some things did arise however through positive communication our demands we met.

Hotel is perfectly located on the lake and only a short stroll into town and all the main restaurants and bars. Staff were very friendly and helpful and quality of food was exceptional.

Rooms were spotlessly clean but could possibly do with some updating in some areas. It would also be useful to be able to charge things onto the room rather than have to pay as you go. Not all of us want to have to carry our wallets around when in our hotel.

we liked the hotel,the room,the restaurant down is very good,the view from the balcony just beautiful on the lake and city.the hotel has sauna,but you need to book it before,it was already occupied when we arrived in the hotel,we could book it for a day after,but we stayed only one night

The location is really nice, direct view of the lake. The staff is really nice.

The restaurant in the hotel didn’t work at the time, but this is normal having in mind that I visit outside the season. The bar was working and you can have breakfast.

We stayed for several nights and had the lake view, which was really beautiful. The hotel is about 10 min walk from the centre, but it's still very touristy and it was quite loud during the night at the lakeside as tourists continue to hang out, there are street musicians, music from the bars, etc. Also there were garbage bins right in front of the hotel that were sometimes loudly taken away in the early morning. The room was quite small but nice, with a balcony too. Receptionists were very welcoming. Breakfast was fine, but the waiters were very slow to bring it despite that due to Covid-19 regulations we had to select our preferred breakfast set from the menu the night before and let reception know the time when we will come to breakfast. So you would imagine they would have everything ready to welcome you, but unfortunately that was not the case. The coffee quality was also not so good. Overall the hotel's location and view are the best features. They also have parking and spa but we didn't use them, so can't comment.

The location is very good, the lakeview was stunning, staff very friendly, guests were also very nice. The rooms are very well furnished with all the necessities and more. Overall impression very good!

By only bad remark goes for the breakfast, investing so much in facilities, location etc. it spoils the impression to not have good coffee or good juice. It's not that big investment but very important to make guests feel good.

The view from the room was really nice. The staff was helpful and welcoming.

I had issues with connecting to the wifi, privies visits I didn`t had any issues.

no parking. We spent a lot of time looking for a parking spot in the area. It was also a little bit overpriced but we spent the New Year’s Eve in Ohrid so that’s what you get.

The service and staff was excellent. So was the location. We loved our balcony room overlooking the lake Ohrid. The food was great also.
