Great hotel, fine set up... great sunset view from this location. We Will be back. The new Biru Biru restaurant is a great asset to this property. Hopefully you will extent the Menu a bit n also serve basic Breakfast to the hotel guests in the near future.

We were staying in room 12 - outdated old design n much too dark inside...n smelly. Bathroom needs lots of Upgrading ... n frankly speaking, a complete overhaul n new interior is necessary asap...in most of your "old" rooms..

I really like the garden area and the childrens playground, but thr management need to keep it clean as there is water collected for days which was not cleaned, might lead for dengue. The overall place is fantastic. The reception staff and housekeeping staff really made our stay comfortable as they are very helpful and cheerful to all the guest.Hatts off to the entire team.

First i was disappointed with the deal that the resort mentioned there was a beachside but it was under renovation and we are unable to use.second, the room feel haunted and i saw something walking at 1am in the room which feared me and my family.Third, the toilet was smelly and i had to go out and buy toilet cleaner to keep washing it.The extra bed provided with charges was horrible with such a cheap, smelly and old mattress which i didnt expect at all.I am a hotelier as well and never come across like this before.

The view of the resort was spectacular

The view from our room facing inside of the building. The staff keep on asking us not take photo at the resort area. Instead of keep on telling us this is for guest only why dont u ask the guest properly ‘Are u our guest hotel?’. Pls do something like a wristband for your guest hotel to differentiate between them & the outsider who went to your biru biru restaurant. It’s unpleasant for me when i was recording a video then your staff told me twice this area for guest hotel! And even asking us for our room number as if I’m lying to him. Pls treat your guest respectfully!

Quirky resort about 20 mins outside Georgetown so location was just what we wanted. Isn't a beach resort although is right on the water. Beautiful sun rises. Rooms smart and clean. Staff lovely. Very happy to recommend as rooms are lovely with traditional decor

Breakfast was more of a miss than a hit but lots of good places within a 5 min 'grab' journey. First room we had wasn't the best due to position next to the cafe so talked to reception and they changed us to a beautiful room straight away.

The architecture and art surrounding

1. The Koi villa is located near to the road. Noisy motorbikes. 2. Unsure if you have security but there were 2 incidents whereby noisy group of Malays are screaming, yelling and laughing loud and we can't sleep. Followed by another crazy family/couple stayed next to us around 1 plus in the morning, they were quarrelling, cursing and swearing in very loud voice. We can literally hear their words and conversation. Slamming door and walking up and down the stairs. We heard them clearly and there was no one from the Lost Paradise to even shut them off but we have to tolerate the nonsense. We paid for leisure and to relax but all these nuisance and the traffic spoiled our vacation. Not worth the money for this Villa which is located very near to the road and entrance.

I love the vibe of the place. I enjoyed the aesthetic of the villa that we stayed in - Koi Villa. The place is beautiful, clean and lots of places to visit nearby. It's just a short walk to the beach where you can picnic and about 3mins by car to Masjid Terapung. The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice. It's open for public but you can get 20% off if you show them your room key. Lots of spot to snap beautiful picture of yourself and the place.

A bit hard for me to maneuver the car when the receptionist said you can only know your parking spot once you done with check in process. There should be a specific spot for parking only, not separate them according to which room you're staying. While it is good to have the car parked as near as possible, but its also good to have clear direction, something like the guard telling you that you need to check in first, only then you can enter the hotel area.
