I loved it was located beside the sea and all walking distance to the heritage attractions. The staff there are amazing, they are really friendly and accommodating. They’re also very responsive over our requests. The breakfast buffet spread was good, so much to eat to start the day, loved it! Keep up the great job and good efforts!

I don’t blame the hotel as we went through Covid-19 these few years, certain facilities like the spa and the restaurant beside the spa is no longer available. I guess for now, the business is slowly picking up, so I hope they’ll do a good job upgrading it soon for a better experience! Other than that I loved my stay!

Upset with the buffet breakfast. Supplies were just not well managed since 8am, refill coffee beans for coffee machines takes more than 15 mins whether decide to fill or not, and where I'm away to take my food, the service crew just forcing me to end my meal fast, said that many people coming for breakfast, while I was just started to finished my starter with salad, and been chased off. After 10mins only recommend me to sit in additional open table without on air con over there. IT WAS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Location is very good for visiting the Fort and easy walk to the ocean front and the ferry terminal. Breakfast offers a good variety of food, however, the quality of food could have been better.

We booked a deluxe room on a higher floor, room is spacious but the ventilation system does not work well, so the stuffy air smells in the room.

Really well situated hotel in the historic centre of Georgetown, an easy walk from the ferry terminal. Rooms clean and comfortable, pool is lovely and staff were great. Amazing buffet breakfast. If you need to pick up snacks or drinks there’s a 7-11 open 24/7 just outside. Easy walk to loads of great restaurants and the sights of Georgetown- the street art, temples, old houses, chow jetty etc.

Not a don't like, but it would be helpful to have the breakfast buffet marked with vegetarian/vegan as it's a bit of a guess

We like the old style facade of the building.The room was big with a large bed and small balcony overlooking the pool.The staff on the doors were very friendly and the breakfast choice was extensive.

The entrance to the hotel reception at the rear of the property,down an alleyway detracted from its appeal,even though the reception area was lovely.We arrived late in the afternoon and a walk around the immediate local area looked scruffy.The next day we ventured further and it was an amazing place with lots of temples and old buildings.I imagine in 10 years it will be updated,as it’s a UNESCo heritage site.

The room was clean, the suoer kingsize bed was comfortable. .the bathroom was very clean. Helpful and very pleasant staff at the reception especially the ladies that was on duties .

At the tanjung cafe, there was no salt n pepper cruets. On the first day I had breakfast there, when I asked one of the staff for cutleries, she was a bit dumbfounded by the word, I had to say fork and spoon then mentioned sudu n garfu for her to understand. Could be a one off experience, perhaps they should know the terms as they worked in the food industry. There should still be room service menu, not everyone has phone with scanners to view and download menu..

Breakfast spread is excellent. I love the nasi lemak sambal flavorful and also the croissant! The room is spacious and comfortable with carpet floor. The location is just good. Just the parking is at different building from the reception.

I am quite frustrated due to the beds given for my anniversary. I have informed the hotel that I am coming for an anniversary but at the last minute during the check in, Ive been informed only 2 single beds joined available at the moment. I booked the room earlier and I am expecting the hotel to be more aware of the remark especially. I got left with no choice but to accept.

Wifi, confort of the room, comfort of the bed, very well situated, no street noise at all.

- Our room was not very clean and the mugs had not been changed, there were plenty of lipstick on them (see pic). - Noise from neigbours. As usual, no insonorisation, you can hear your neighbours watching TV or having a party. - Breakfast: too many guests! After 8.00am, there is a waiting time (few minutes) because the breakfast room is full. The breakfast choice is mainly Asian food. If you want some eggs, you need to order them but there is always a long queue... be patient or leave it. You have jam (not good) and cheese, and cornflakes. - Swimming pool: not very clean, and the local swimm with their clothes despite the fact that a proper swimwear is mandatory. But no staff dare to say anything. Local people also spit and blow out their nose in the pool. Beurk!
