Fantastic view of the town from almost every room, because most buildings nearby were much shorter than this hotel. Buffet breakfast was nice and had a good variety. There was a salad bar with very fresh veggies too. Best surprise was the coffee at the buffet it had enough flavour (not just the kind with colour n no taste). Hotel is closely located to McDonald's and Burger King. The mall, Aeon Bukit Indah, just a short walk away across the road. There are many shophouses to explore around the hotel, with eateries. Loads of massage parlours and foot reflexology services in the vicinity. My family tried out the hotel's Thai massage and Oil massage service too, and it turned out really authentic and good! It is just slightly more expensive than the options outisde the hotel. The Thai masseurs had fun "folding" us around, but were still attentive and kept checking if the pressure was OK.

Check in process was slightly slow, took about 20mins to go through our check in process (booked 2 rooms). We arrived during off peak hour at 5pm on Friday. 1 trainer was coaching 3 trainers. No bellhop or staff offered help with unloading our luggages at the front lobby, although there were 5-6 staff at the frontdesk. Rooms on the lower floors may be susceptible to traffic noise. One of our window could not be properly shut so we could hear the traffic. Curtains were thin n let in a lot of light, even at night. Toilet floor for both rooms were very slippery when wet. Just minor issues.. Overall stay was very pleasant n breakfast was good, it exceeded our expectations and we would still recommend the hotel & and stay here again.

Location and facilities

Room service is not as good as it has to be.blanket was so dirty. housekeeper change sheet and cover only but blanket was not changed.it need to be changed immediately.please check and change the blanket of room no.606.i wrote note to the housekeeper also blanket was same.they told me no have things.please check and change it.

The Ramadan buffet price was quite cheap and breakfast (sahur) very satisfied to eat! All stuff members are very friendly and very helpful. The bedroom is comfortable and clean. Overall this hotel is worth to stay in. Keep up the good works everyone, will definitely check in again in future 😁

Everything is good except the bed mattress a bit hard, having a little issues to sleep.

The location is good as it is surrounded by shopping mall and foods (local, fast food) They also allow us for 1hrs early check-in without additional charges.

Breakfast can provide more variety of choice

Good sound proof. Super convenient location (Aeon opposite, McDonald's downstairs). Staff is friendly.

Breakfast lacked variety. Fried chicken was nice but other food was so-so.

Good central location. Comfy bed. Ok WiFi. Ample amenities in room. And free parking. Typical Asian breakfast of nasi lemak, Mee goreng, porridge, fruits, cereal and breads.

Limited parking in basement and outdoor parking is practically an incomplete outdoor parking on gravel.

Location is good as it is just opposite Aeon Jusco Shopping Mall and there are lots of shops nearby

The stay include a buffet breakfast but the food quality is rather poor.

The room is clean with tea and coffee making fascilities. Quiet room as well. Air cond works well.

In the morning the smell from the bathroom drain was horrendous. The breakfast buffet spread could be a little better. Wifi is really slow for work.

Aircond is very good, TV is in good working order Parking is ample and convenient Room servicing is good providing clean environment

Bath hot water is not so hot, mild only . There was no iron,. wifi signal is not very strong TV doest have many good interesting channel Breakfast need to change menus often

all good near aeon mall ez to find restaurant near mcd good staff. so clean toilet so clean n fresh. maybe next time when i go to jb i will choose this hotel again . staff so nice n talkactive ez to ask for help.
