The cleanliness was very good, the location very systematic to acess to laundry, kk mart, kedai makan, aeon and so on..

The room that i book not provide the bathmat but that is not the big issue.. the key room cannot detect other card to keep the power on, for example aircond to make sure the room maintain cold even the guest not in their room.

The location is great. Beds are really comfortable and clean.

The toilet was a bit dirty, particularly the door. There were marks on the curtain too. Perhaps a more frequent wash would be deserving.

For the price i like that they clean the room well. No Musty smell. Location is Ok as nearby many shops. Lok lok at night. Aeon mall is only 2 minutes drives away. Got family room as its suitable for those bringing kids.

The shower head is not working well, very loose so this need to improve. No Perfume for the room after cleaning will be better. Corridor has cigarettes smell luckily it didn't flow to the bedroom. It's located beside the road so do expect sounds of vehicles.

Staffs are helpful. Location is good if you are driving since it is not in the city center (but yet not too far if you drive), plenty parking lots. We were allowed to keep our food in the sharing fridge located at ground floor. Room was clean, shower pressure was the best. There is nice mamak stall nearby, i enjoyed their biryani! Peaceful and not busy environment

The lobby is clean and neat, hotel easy to locate, a lot of parking outside. The front desk staff is friendly, nice and helpful. Room is clean and comfortable. The hotel is surrounding by a lot of restaurants, walking distance. Very convenient for those not driving.

There is ants on the table, not sure why. The amount will increase when there is food there.

For this hotel really suit to my liking, my room is super nice and comfy and of course I am attracted to the bathtub more hahaha. Overall, worth the price and definitely recommended to everyone. I am not exaggerating but, as for me it is a worthwhile staying.

The only thing that kind of disturbing me during my stay was the back of the bathtub. I find it not clean very much. There are some black stuff oj the floor, closed to the bathtub. Perhaps next time the cleaning process should include all side of the bathtub

-The room beside me is doing some renovation at night, the noise is disturbing, can hear the renovation guy and the Chinese girl manager talking. -The sound proof is not good. -I stayed for two night, after first night then I went for my work, when come back found out that someone went into my room to do housekeeping. -During this covid-19 pandemic, you should ask first before entering my room to do housekeeping. -After I came back from work, I needed to sanitize the whole room again. -You shouldn't touch my shirt, pants, underwear and bag...

Clean room and floor. Toilet clean too.i like it especially as they do not use perfume at all to remove smell. Its just clean so fragrance is not necessary. Keep up the cleanliness.

Toilet door needs to upgrade or change. The latch is faulty so everytime open and close is Noisy. Got 1 mosquito in rhe room.

The room has a king and a single bed. It is large enough for 3 adults but will be a squeeze for 4. Room is quite new and cleanliness was excellent. Many eating places within walking distance. Toilet is clean, water pressure for showers is great.

Wifi was a bit weak in our room.
