The room is very spacious. The decoration is amazing. very clean. Smart TV, good internet collection.

Please improve customer service especially staff @ the reception area. The staff during check out is 0% customer service. no smile, no eye contact. Please hire the right staff because the hotel is very nice. it is wasted to have a staff like that.

Rm 1808 was spacious with an excellent view, comfortable bed and quiet aircon. Good location near old town.

Terrible patchy wifi with speed of less than 2Mbs.

This is my second stay at this hotel, and I am incredibly satisfied and pleased with every aspect of it. Each time I stay, I request the same room, and they always fulfill my request, leaving me satisfied. What impresses me even more is the hotel's parking facility, which has an elevator that takes me directly to my floor. The staff is also very friendly and helpful, ensuring my safe arrival at the parking area. The staff here is exceptionally friendly and helpful. 👍🏻 The hotel offers a picturesque view overlooking Singapore, which is definitely a highlight. Additionally, having an elevator that takes your car directly to the parking area is a convenience that I truly appreciate. It's great to know that this feature adds to your enjoyment of the hotel.

the tv has netflix and youtube for us to access and the hotel location is near night bazaar and custom/city square mall. The room is very spacious as well, good view Check in time was 3pm but we checked in at 11pm, prior to that hotel staff still takes the time to whatsapp me to ask what time am i checking in. Thank you to the staff for being attentive!

the pillow case was a little dirty but i don’t really fuss about it. Also at the start the tv controller wasn’t working but the staff rectified it

Love the Location due to the Night market just apposite the hotel. The room are spacious. Toilet are clean with complete complimentary sanitary/toiletries. Aircon and the refrigerator were superb cool and working well which i love it so much! The Comfy Bed with enough pillows! The room view! All in the room satisfied me actually!!

The Television... not enough channels to watch. But if you have Netflix acct or YouTube then just sign in...should be okay. The Toilet dustbin too small, No hair dryer and the shower water pressure too low...Bad traffic during at night due to night market just opposite so.. grabcar or taxi might take a longer time to reach the hotel entrance/pick up point.

The hotel is located near Jalan Tan Hiok Nee and many good food. (But jokes on us because most were closed because of Eid.) The room was really an upgrade compared to the one we stayed at the night before at a similar price point. It was very spacious with lots of empty floor area and visibly clean sheets. The power tripped once but was resolved very quickly by the staff. Had a comfortable sleep. Also enjoyed the Netflix.

The fridge didn't really work so our pastries melted the next morning. Noise proofing could also be improved. We could hear our immediate neighbours through the wall, as well as the firecrackers on the streets. The latter, we understand, is not really part of the hotel's control.

Located about 9 mins walk from city square mall, a huge 7-11 diagonally across the road and plenty of cafes and eateries in the area, this hotel is extremely value for money. It is very spacious, has big windows that let in plenty of light and shower with good water pressure. The property also has excellent safeguarding and comfortable common areas.

The wifi was very, very weak, which might not be ideal if you're planning to stream any shows. The property also sends you various follow-up messages (both via booking.com and via WhatsApp) which seemed a little too excessive

clean room, comfortable for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids below 5. room is spacious and comfortable enough for all 4 of us.

the window latch is a little dangerous for our 2 young kids below the age of 5.

The location of the hotel is pretty near to CIQ, the area tends to be quite well-lit and has places to visit in the night till 1am. I love the fact that it is near to the old street where we are just steps away from the food. The best thing is that there isn't any cigarette smell lingering, unlike some of the other hotels I have previously visited.

The hotel's check-in timing isn't ideal for me (only at 3 pm). To be fair, I prefer to just check in directly, without the need to leave baggage at the counter :)
