Location was quite central making it a good place to stay if you plan on exploring KK. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. We were there celebrating a birthday and the hotel was kind enough to provide a complimentary birthday cake which was delicious. The receptionist during check out and the concierge were very friendly and was able to provide us some good recommendations for places to shop for souvenirs. The breakfast was great.

The receptionist checking us in wasn't too pleasant, we felt as though we were forcing her to do her job. She got the job done though. While the breakfast is great, the variety is a little less than what we are used to in other Marriot Bonvoy hotels but this is just a minor complaint. Since the hotel is just opposite the market, the smell can be a little overwhelming which isn't a problem inside the hotel but the poolside can be abit unpleasant due to the smell.

Really love the club lounge access privilege. Recommended to include it in your pre booking for you to have a good breakfast selection and evening unwind tea and snacks. Club lounge staffs are super friendly, very attentive and professional. I’m already looking forward for my next trip here! Very worth the price!

The lady that attended us (Ms Nur Sahfeka) at the front desk need some improvement on her service. She didn’t look confident explaining to us regarding the room and club lounge access. I understand that maybe she’s quite new, hopefully she can do better next time. She got so carried away explaining about the club lounge access till she forgot to tell us our room number and forgot to give our room access card. When we head on to the elevator I realize that our room access card wasn’t with us. I returned to the front desk and asked her about it, she looked confused and moment later then only she realized about her mistake. It’s just a small matter but it actually creates an impression to some people however I wish that she’ll improve by time. I wish her luck in her career!

Very large and clean room with nice seaview. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location couldn't be any better. The pool was ok and the gym was well equipped.

The pool bar was closed until further notice. The seaview room was nice, but the window could've been cleaner. The rooftop bar was the biggest disappointment. It took around 25 minutes to get our drinks although there were only a handful of customers. Long Island ice tea and Mojito tasted like juice, not sure if they contained any spirits. After paying 40 rm each, we finished the drinks quickly and left the place disappointed.

This was my 2nd time in Le Meridien. We love the location..! Just a few minutes walk to Pasar Sinsuran, Pasar malam & shops selling pearls. Room was spacious. We requested for connecting rooms & we got it.. Thank you. We also love the breakfast. Spread was good.. We also love the ambience of the lobby. Staff were polite & friendly. We bought frozen seafood earlier and the hotel kept it frozen safely for us. Swimming pool and facilities in changing room & toilet were impressive. Definitely we will come back again..

This must be one of the best hotels we've stayed, in terms of standard, service and value for money. We had some very noisy kids in the adjoining room and we were promptly moved without fuss to another room. Both rooms had great views. The amenities were top as were the facilities. The breakfast was amazing, fresh and lots of variety. The vibrant market is on your doorstep. The othermain feature is their rooftop bar from where you can view that amazing sunset.

Not a lot to dislike. Some of the light controls were finicky. You can't choose who the other guests are unfortunately!

Good size room, plenty of hot water, excellent WIFI, large (laps) POOL comfortable atmosphere. Liked the breakfast, has plenty of choices.

Everything! EVERYTHING! As expected of such a brand property, Le Meridien did not disappoint. Right from check in, Shahrul was amazing. I cannot thank him enough for being so kind and considerate to my family's needs. Rocky, the Concierge, was super helpful; providing advice and time to answer queries. Location-wise, Le Meridien, I dare say, is unmatched compared to the other brand-name hotels, I feel. - 2 really good massage places in the next building - Money Changer with fantastic rates in the building behind it - 2 24-hr self-laundry places within 3 minutes walk - You can walk to either of the major malls (Imago and Suria) within 15-20 minutes - Grab anywhere at around RM 8-10

Very very little. If I were to be extremely picky, I would say that the facade of the place is showing signs of aging. But the interior, and room, is wonderful

There is suspended metal work above the pool area which adds nothing to the décor but attracts birds giving them somewhere to land and squawk The pool water never looked clean and a number of guests coughed and cleared their nose and throat into the pool. Who knows what else. Not inviting.

Le Meridien is a very spacious and comfortable hotel where the staff go out of their way to help you with everything you need. We booked a King Room with sea view that fully lived up to expection with a superb view of Gaya Island that was great to wake up to and featured lovely sunsets. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom well equipped with large corner shower as well as a tub. Laundry was not expensive and arrived smartly pressed. Plenty of bottled water was provided daily to keep us hydrated. Breakfast is a lavish buffet that caters for all nationalities and with freshly cooked eggs the way you like it and even freshly baked croissants. There is a combined outdoor swimming pool with gym and spa on the second floor. Best time to swim is 0700 hrs when the pool is empty and you can get a good swim before breakfast. However an awning protects from the sun, so it is really useable all day long. There is a small pool alongside for small children to play in. The hotel is located just across the street from the night market which serves a wide variety of seafood, freshly (if crudely) cooked. It is about 15 minutes from the airport and within short taxi distance of the shopping malls etc.

Minor gripes only: we had to ask for a second bathrobe (which was delivered promptly). There was no laundry bag or list though, to be fair, housekeeping made one out and took care of it. Would have been nice to have some smoked salmon for breakfast. The children's swimming pool is just that and it would be better if there were small water slides and fountain sprays for them to play with.

The hotel is grand and clean from entering the lobby to the spacious rooms. It is centrally located in KK, next to the night markets. The rooftop bar also has a nice view with interesting cocktails. The king size bedroom I stayed in had lots of room. The bathroom had a shower as well as a bathtub. At the time, they had Malin + Goetz products in the bathroom. The room has a small fridge and complimentary water. Good size couch next to window. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I didn't get to spend enough time to experience the pool that was there.
