New hotel in the block. The hotel smells really nice upon entrance. Staffs were all very friendly and helpful. The room were really cozy and comfortable. Environment were good and clean. There’s a cafe in the lobby. Food looks good there. Didn’t get to try but they do smells good every time walking pass by. There are many choices of food just around the hotel as well as convenient stores and also a beauty centre. IMAGO Times Square is within walking distance. Definitely a hotel worth staying with a competitive price.

If traveling by private vehicles, do be alert that the junction to the building may be easily missed. However, there are more than 1 way to get to the building so it’s still considered easy access. Since this hotel is within a commercial building, not a standalone, do expect random crowds. Parking space is limited and paid separately. However, waiver card is available upon request at the lobby counter. There’s only 2 choices of breakfast (i.e American breakfast and Mee Siam) and 2 choices of sides (i.e cereals and croissants) offered at the hotel restaurant. Regardless, they are good.

The breakfast are good. Tasty. But would prefer a buffet.

1. Instruction by kitchen staff to select menu are too fast and indirect. I am not able to catch what he is saying. Have to ask a second time for clarity. But I don't like the face expression they make when I ask again.

The interior decor was modern and tastefully done. The bedroom with 2 double bed and attached en suite was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing with a selection of mains that was well seasoned and cooked. Hats off to the chef.

Very modern and stylish hotel. New, very clean, very comfortable bed and all amenities provided. Service is top notch.

Nil at the moment. Just no breakfast provided, however there are many restaurants just a few steps away.

A hidden luxury of KK. The lobby was beautiful, fresh and has a modern aesthetic which was wonderful. A very comfortable stay. Coming back again! Location was 10mins walk to IMAGO and JOJO restaurant is highly recommended.

The parking system at the front lobby. We paid for the parking in advance during the entire stay of our hotel and a few times, our paid slot was taken by other guests, eventually we got a slot back but had to wait. The semi-buffet breakfast was excellent (beef noodle!) however, after 3 days, it was repetitive and would appreciate varieties each day. Maybe mixed it up a little? Other than this, highly recommended.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience. The room was spotlessly clean and well-appointed with all the amenities, including a comfortable bed, plenty of towels, bath tube and sofa area. I also appreciated the hotel's convenient location, which made it easy to explore Tanjung Aru beach. Hotel is located close to airport too.

It's will be better if can provide free car park for those who stay at the hotel. If you need to park your car, you need to pay RM15 per day. And the basement parking is quite dark. But if you willing to pay more, you can park your car right in front of hotel which cost RM30 per day.

The breakfast was good and the location itself are easy to access. The ambience of the dining hall was soothing and relaxing. Given options to seat in indoor section and outdoor section ensure the area are not crammed. Moreover, the hotel lobby was full of scentful aromatic smell, the nearby 24 hours convenience store and walking distance of 400m to Imago Shopping Mall from The Luma Hotel were another plus points!

The main meal breakfast should have more choices to order. Other than that all was good and keep it up the services

We arrived really late after descending Mount Kinabalu. The check in was smooth, the staff patiently delivered our bags to 4 different rooms. After a long hike, we were so glad to have so much comfort to rest. I was very happy with the clean bathroom and comfortable bed. Everything was readily provided. The coffee and tea provided were a great start to the morning. The hotel and rooms smell great. Love the scent for the toiletries too. As we only stayed a night, the check out was smooth too. Linda was serving us and she was exceptional. All the staff that attended to us were polite, friendly and attentive. Sorry we didn’t get everyone’s name. There are restaurants and mart just few doors down. Not exactly at the city center but grab is only 5 mins away, can’t walk. Near to airport. Thank you all for serving us well! :)

Among 4 rooms we booked, two rooms were supposed to be two single bed but all 4 rooms were king beds. Seems like we got an upgrade :) thankfully my family members can share beds so no biggie!

the room was so luxurious and so good. customer experience 100% once you enter the room. clean, the beds were so comfy. the shower was amazing! we loved our stay and will return!

check-in in the reception was kinda slow despite we arrived near to 4pm. i booked 3 rooms, 2 of them were similar, but 1 came with a bathtub, eventhough i had placed the guests name in the booking, i was still given the wrong room. unhappy but still okay with the mix up. pls be careful next time. another thing was that there was no proper drop off. it was raining when we arrived and we had trouble with our bags and had to alight some distance away.

We have a very pleasant experience staying here. We were greeted and helped by Mr. Jonny who helped us secure a parking space right in front of the main entrance. And he also helped to carry our luggage to our room. After a long drive, both I and my wife was very grateful for this. The front desk staff too was also very helpful ( I wish I could remember her name). She also upgraded our room to a bigger room with a bathtub!! We also enjoyed our breakfast and I will recommend trying the nasi lemak. It was so good that on our last day, I make sure that I ordered one to bring back to Brunei.

I wish there is more selection for the breakfast spread, although the four main breakfasts meal that you get to choose made up for it. More selection on the TV channel.
