- One of the best shoplot hotels I have stayed. - Location is really good and sufficient parking around. - Great design and very spacious. - Bathtub was big and toilet is clean. - There is 2 toilets. One bath, one normal. - Bed is big and comfortable. - There is a drink and coffee machine at the lobby.

- Room sound-proofing is really bad. Can hear water in the pipes, can hear the sound of furnitures being moved around, can hear doors being closed. - One of the bath towel is old, thin, and koyak. - No hand towels were given in both toilets. - No tissue at the sofa area. - Would be better if there is table and couch in the bedroom upstairs. - No electric socket for hairdryer in the toilet. Cannot dry hair while looking at the mirror. - No place to hang clothes on the bedroom upstairs, only downstairs have. - The towel hook in the bathroom is very far from the bathtub. Had to put the towels on the toilet bowl for easy reach. Despite all the critical comments, this is still a great hotel to stay at.

The room was properly cleaned, AC worked well, and the looks of the room were just cool. We liked the bathroom too. Especially the coffee/milo machine at the reception we loved :) Bed was very comfortable too.

There is no option to have breakfast. And it's a bit further away from the city. We walked to the nearest train station which is Taman Wahyu (15 minutes) to go with the KTM line to the city.

Location The shampoo and shower gel are particularly fragrant and will be the reason to stay again.

1. Got bet bug 🪲 2. When check-in, the trash can is divided into 2 parts, obviously not completely cleaned up. 3. The sound insulation of the room is very poor, at first I thought it was the sound of the toilet in the upstairs room. There was also the sound of running water in the middle of the night, it should be the sound of the water pipe. It is very loud, please bring your own earplugs for sleep.

Booked for attend wedding dinner ,the location is just nice ,go down got mamak, walk front a bit got Chinese local restaurants,old town,afternoon ter got food truck selling rojak n abc too. The room is very nice ,got bathtub, can bought the salt ball at reception ter n enjoy some peaceful moment ~ The interior design was awesome!never expect can stay in this kind of hotel with this value of money🥰 The staff is so helpful n attentive ~ All good! Definitely with come back again next time!

Love the interior. Hotel smells nice. Love the pillow and mattress. So comfortable. It's clean.love the shampoo n bodywash..limitless amount of hot water for shower...It's near lotus. Next to the hotel is a kedai mamak.

Need to pay deposit of rm100 by cash only.. I don't usually keep cash.. sometimes even forgot my wallet.. so need to walk to nearest bank to make a withdrawal.. everyone is shifting to ewallet now you know... The front desk employer is ok.. not rude but not friendly neither.

Really nice modern hotel with a great design, our room was very well equipped and super clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The area is quiet and close to the amazing Batu caves.

Just be aware that this hotel is not in central KL, check the map and plan your transport in advance This is not a real negative we found getting around by train easy, but they don't go that often so checking it is important

This is my second stay here. 4 great quality pillows were provided, and mattress is really comfortable. Whoever designed this hotel is excellent, the switches and plugs are well planned with USB etc. And although windowless I do not feel claustrophobic because of the curtain blinds like wall panel.😀 Although KL was experiencing water cut, we are not affected. The bath soap and shampoo and comb supplied were really good.

No windows. Only few rooms in hotel have windows.

The room looks very aesthetic and unique by its own. Love the stay. Very comfortable.

TV doesn't work that much in G3, loud noises in the hotel itself, some patchwork have to be done to the bath tub and wall along the bed. Make sure the water can't go out of the bathroom it's a bit weird. Your hotel is good, take this request from me seriously and I surely this hotel can get a 3 to 4 star easily because of the comfort itself. Stairs are scarely squicky hope it does not break. Thank you

The room is nice, clean, and spacious. Toiletries provided and they even use l'occitane shower gel and shampoo, comfortable bed. New furnitures.

The lightings are confusing, the reading lamp and the bed is too bright. My room was leaking at the lower floor, we noticed right after we checked in because they used the dustbin to collect the water. They later called to inform about the leaking. But the leak didn't bother us that much.

place was clean! room was also very comfortable, not too big or small for solo travellers like myself. toiletries all provided. staff was very professional👍🏼 very convenient can buy food, 7/11 is also around that area.

had a hard time finding the toilet flush😂
