Bespoke Hotel Puchong

easy check-in at the counter, staff was helpful and gave clear explanations. The interior lobby was gorgeous. The room was clean, spacious & bright lighting (I love it since I need to do work). Breakfast was good.

the parking was confusing but I can still manage figuring it out (staff showed directions & photo for guidance). But a bit of a hustle to bring from parking downstairs (have a lift but need to walk a bit) since I have a lot of luggage, better drop off at the lobby. Since it is near school, roads can be congested during peak hours.

I really want to thank the staff on the reception Ellis’s and her friends, I appreciate their full of support and help. Very friendly and warm welcome and easy to ask for any help they will never hesitate to supply. Thanks in deep gratitude 🙏 I also want to mention the security men both were very helpful and respectful.

The furniture and bed is dated and cleaning is not up to the standards

Room is clean and very comfort

when reach hotel i park outside. The parking worker very fast to ask me to pay for whole day parking fees. Hotel free parking is not applicable for me, cause i already pay for whole day parking fees to the worker. When i reached hotel, it's took me 15mins to wait for find my booking. Reception said i did not make any booking and he could not find my name or booking id in system. I show email booking receipt to reception and ask him check properly. After 15mins for keep checking, finally can found my booking in system. Hotel booking system and parking system should improve.

A great surprise by the team as i mentioned it was my wedding anniversary.. they actually took so much effort to decorate the bed and even giving a complimentary soft toy teddy bear with complimentary note..we were surprised and will definitely share the memorable stay with all my friends and colleagues.. thank you team and management

good hotel, all facilities working fine, friendly staff, nice bfast provided at their cafeteria

pls tell your housekeeper- there is NO need to throw away and change the toothbrush of your (same) guest EVERY day. i left my toothbrush inside the glass but it got thrown away EVERY single day by the housekeeper. we need to be more environmental friendly thank you

Location is consider good in Puchong, opposite the road have many hawker stall. Very near to the bridge to LRT and Lotus's. Room is spacious, bed is comfy. Hotel breakfast consider quite good, and the staffs are very friendly.

Laundry is little too slow. Can only get the next day even if you send it in the early morning.

The Room was superb clean & awesome .. Love❤️❤️❤️ the Environment much. I will already recommend more friends & relatives n definitely I'll check in here as a guest forever.💯💕🫰. Hope you have more facilities eg: iron & board . The rest is no Complaints.. wish you more successful

The room was clean. the room is spacious and the window was big. they gave us a connecting room which is a bonus for us booking 2 rooms. bathroom is clean. parking is provided as well.

everything was clean but the bed. there was blood stain on the bed (not the bed sheet - that is clean). maybe the hotel should do a thorough cleaning or maybe include a bed cover instead?

Will come again if I went here, location very good near lrt station, the free breakfest is good, exceeded my expectation. If you have parking at their hotel place, u can take yr TNG card to counter, the hotel will pay for u

Nothing, just need to ask staff how to go the parking space, maybe first time go will a bit messy but I am acceptable

Tap water in the room not hot enough Cannot use the cup provided in the room..since not sure its 'halal'( made by suspicious bone!)
