Facilities pf the Property was apparently good but the Staffs specially the reception desk was not cooperative at all. AC, TV, wall fan, hot water supply was very good but found the Mosquito in the room and did not supply the mosquito killers. WiFi was too poor, too slow..... not workable.

I didnt expect the room because not the same like in pictures. The door lock not working well and i used key to lock my door. At night i heard someone trying to open the door. Very spooky. The blanket got many holes

Only the bathroom is clean. And water heater was functioning.
Dissappointing. Cheating. When arrived, staff said that the room is no more available. If want to stay, need to pay extra money for another available higher standard room. But when check on booking, the room actually still available. I believe that for the extra payment the room is same..nothing special and in fact worst! Far from the picture. Many guest experience the same. They need to pay extra when arrived.
