bad experience situation when we asked to borrow 1 umbrella to go to car and pick up my own umbrella. Staff say cannot use the umbrella for even 2mins running to the car. So I have to run to the car and get wet.

The sound insulation of the room may be lacking, as some guests may hear voices from the corridor and may be able to hear voices from other rooms.

Very easy check-in process. The staff helps assist me to get to know the surrounding area such as the eating places and mosque. The hotel is in good shape and quite new. Recommended for other travellers that is going around USJ area

The parking area is limited and this is a headache for hotel occupants that travelling by car. There is only 2 parking spots reserved for hotel occupants. Increasing this will be a better and good attraction.

The single room even though it is small, but it was complete with everything that you needed, a comfy single bed, clean toilet and bathroom, water kettle, hair dryer, and also a small wardrobe.

The only thing is the floor mat was not provided, so after taking the shower and coming out from the bathroom, the floor of the room will become wet because there is nothing for me to dry my foot. But anything else was great for me.

Easy to check in, and I was able to check in after midnight, which was very helpful. Comfortable room, was nice to have the window for some natural light. The late checkout was amazing as well, as it meant I could sleep in.

The shower took me about 10 minutes to figure out, and even then, I could only figure out how to use it on cold. The towel I was given felt almost oily, although it was clean - left me uncomfortable nonetheless.

Its new and super clean. nicely furnished too.

1. The walls are thin that you can hear the noises next door especially the inconsiderate individual who made so much noise at 3am. 2. I decided to upgrade to Queen Bed the 2nd night but after getting set to shower it didn’t work. Was moved to another room same thing. finally the 3rd room was a charm. 3. please include shower caps, laundry bags in your care package. 4. Train your young female staff not to handle her customers like they are bothering her.

Loaction is just nice and easy to check in. Price is right for this class.

It is very strange that no bar fridge in this Hotel and it is not convenient for me. Room are super tiny and my wife hit her forehead against the wall while she get up from the bed. Me myself have to crawl from the foot of the bed to sleep because there is no side access from my side.Just good enough to sleep but not to stay.

Very clean, easy to park, near eateries, the receptionist was very helpful. Got amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer in room.

The room is small, and quite suitable for solo traveler. If you have big luggages, then you will have very little space to open your luggage.

The room, toilets look cleans & the light is warm. great design as well as the lobby side. well prepared on the shampoos & hair dryer is a big plus! Also, there are many of public parking within the walk distances & MyNews is literally at the opposite.

The water heater of my room doesn't working. The space & furniture is little small & the table can't be adjusted and directly face to the TV. A little difficult to use the table. A little jam out there due to near the main traffic junction.

Clean, comfortable and easy access

Day time you will never can find a parking space. so who plan to drive and stay should consider avoiding staying in this area. you will only get a parking space at night when after office hour.
