The reception is very fast and helpful. The room is very spacious, offers a large bathroom with rainforest shower and many amenities. A large breakfast buffet is served daily with a choice of Chinese, Indian, Arabic and Western dishes. Drinks include water, juices, tea and coffee. Right next to the hotel is a huge shopping mall with various restaurants, cafes and shopping stores.

My only downside is the opening hours of the pool on the rooftop terrace. The pool is beautiful and offers many great loungers to relax, but unfortunately the entire pool area closes at 7pm. A pool bar and the extension of the opening hours would be an amazing measure.

Price/Location: A cheaper alternative as compared to Sunway Lagoon Resorts but quality is not compromised. Slightly located off the side as compared to the other hotels in Sunway Lagoon but it still very much within a couple of minutes of walking distance. Room: Clean and spacious. King sized bed was huge and comfortable

Breakfast: Spread/variety could be increased (but still very decent!) Lift: Room key card access was not sensitive anymore, had a lot of difficulties getting the floor pressed. Our key cards also only allowed us to access the room floor we were on, which is great for privacy/security. But we were assigned to different floors as our parents and we couldn't access their room at all, had to resort to meeting directly at breakfast/at the lobby.

- staff at front desk reception are professional & helpful, trying their best to arrange inter-connecting rooms and explain how the hotel guest parking works. - rooms are pretty comfortable; - enjoy the convenience of having the shopping mall connected to the hotel.

- the car park is shared with the mall & other sunway buildings. It would be better if clearer direction to the nearest parking lots of the hotel can be improved. We were fortunate to ask a security personnel at the car park entrance for direction, otherwise, we would be going round & round the car park trying to find our way to the hotel parking.

Swimming pool closes quite early.TV has limited channels Lift /Elevator is busy most of the time. They have reserved one section of seating area in the lobby for AIRLINES STAFF which i feel unacceptable for the rest.

The location was perfect, right next to the water park, and connected directly to the mall. It's very close to the sunway resort, which is a very grand hotel, but not much price difference out of season.

It had a wet smell to it, I'm assuming that is because of all the people who visit the park and come back wet. Also the worst part was the lifts. We had to wait 20 to 30 minutes for the lift to come as they have 26 floors and only 3 working lifts.

Breakfast was excellent, with wide range of variety, Room was spacious and clean. The hotel was close to the mall and the Sunway Lagoon Theme Park.

Our family love the service of the staff at the hotel. They took initiative to provide the needs of my family e.g. we booked for a dinner at Sunway Resort and Spa ( Sister Hotel to Clio). I wanted to booked a taxi there as my mother is unable to walk there, the staff took the initiative to provide transport there and back. I was amaze by their thoughtfulness.

Location, not too near centre of city. Large room, comfy beds. Connected to a huge shopping mall ! Leading to another neighbouring hotel the plush sunway resort hotel. !staff exceptional, Restaurants attached to hotel which were varied and nice. Entrance Lobby roadworks ongoing outside.

Breakfast a bit repetitive, pool a bit tired and could do with refurbishment. Not that clean in pool.

The room was clean and comfortable A bit compact I would say. Good breakfast. Friendly courteous staff. The concierge desk staff was extremely helpful. Provided me with a free shuttle service to the Sunway Resort & Spa to attend an event.

The view from the room and the room was a bit too compact. The distance to the Pyramid Mall as I have been staying at the Sunway Pyramid Hotel on my previous three visits.

Very near to mall, parking is convince. Children playground (need to pay) are very near too, very good for family with kids or even baby. Like the swimming pool, available with baby corner and also toddler corner. The water is not cold too, my kids enjoy the pool so much. The room consider clean and everything in good. Will recommend to others friend and family member for this hotel.

The location is strategic, near the Sunway Pyramid Mall, there is a gate from inside the hotel at the lobby direct to the mall. The hotel is near the Sunway Lagoon water park, just a 3 to 5-minute walk. The breakfast was very good and varied. The hotel is quiet and clean. You can easily find a taxi to go anywhere. The staff is helpful and always smiling. The swimming pool is wide and safe.

The lobby is small and the setting areas are old. And the check-in process could be improved. At the weekends, the hotel becomes crowded with mall visitors, they use the entrance from inside the hotel. The facemask is annoying to be obligatory at this hotel, while it is not required by many others. The people who work at the reception sometimes are the same people who bring the bags to the room, it is unusual at highly ranked hotels.
