Easy to find the hotel location. Easy to check in hotel room. Hotel staffs are friendly and energetic. Room cleanliness are acceaptable. Items complimentary are perfect provided. Air condition was superb.

Some of the hardwares in bathroom are rusty. The smell outside of the room corridors were too strong. Window sound proof level was consider low, can hear a massive sound of ventilation (probably from the downstair restaraunt) at the morning.

The best was all the staff. They are friendly, polite and super helpful. One of the best groups of people from hotel services. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Any problems were immediately dealt with. My stay at this hotel was a very nice experience.

The only faults I can find were that there was not enough plug points.

Fantastic Hotel. As we entered, the lobby smells great, clean and tidy. It has a working elevator which really is a plus point here when you are travelling with elderly people. The room was comfortable and linens were clean and smells fresh. Water pessure is 5 star. Staff are friendly and helpful. Family Mart and CU is walking distance. Terrific location. No car honking noises at night. Would definitely recommend this place to others when they're travelling to Kulai. Thanks RJ Hotel!!

No breakfast option or served but that's OK as the hotel is situated within walking distance to marts and cafes / restaurants.

I book a family room which the price is very affordable. The room is clean with all basic facilities that we need. The staff is very friendly and assist us in car parking and water refilling. The location is strategic with aeon neaby and a lots of restaurants and shops around. My family enjoy our stay in this hotel.

The only issue is the soundproof of the room is so so and you can hear some sound from your neighbour room but it does not affect my sleep.

No breakfast. Wish breakfast was included. Hotel was clean. But didn't like the smell in the room and 1st floor. Can have fragrance air purifier. Or burn a perfumed candle or have nice smell essential oil.

Convenient and close to restaurant, friendly staff and accommodative, good location for me. I like that the place have lift. Very convenient.

The location is close to many eateries and not too far from Aeon mall. Room was clean and bed comfortable.

Due to its location in the commercial zone, getting a nearby parking was a challenge. The WIFI connection was also poor.

We reached late due to traffic along the highway. Sadly, the staff didn't reserved the rooms that I've booked earlier. We insisted and finally got it after an hour..
