The host was very helpful and efficient with our emergency query. The cooking gas ran out at night and he shared a delivery number to contact and also refunded what we paid for gas. Cooking utensils are enough, with fridge and microwave available. The self-check in was really easy and accommodating to us who couldn't have a fixed arrival time.
More frequent upkeep of the home might be needed. A lot of the remote control are out of batteries so we couldn't really use the tv or change the speed of the ceiling fan. One faulty rice cooker was still in the house. Some bedsheets and towels were hanged to dry outside at the garage. We didn't mind - but might be a concern to some other guest.

The location are near to the Teluk Batik beach and facilities.
The showers are not functioning in the both bathroom, The 2nd bathroom the light is not functioning, the water dispenser is not cold enough.

The location (near to Lumut) and the facilities (coway, iron, etc).
The master bedroom have musty smell. So we end up sleeping in the second bedroom which is more comfortable.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the homestay due to its excellent location, which provided easy access to various attractions and amenities. I also appreciated the homestay's commitment to providing Muslim-friendly facilities.
While the facilities appeared worn out and second-hand, it would be beneficial to invest in new and well-maintained amenities for a more comfortable experience. Additionally, improving the safety measures, cleanliness, and overall aesthetic appeal would greatly enhance the homestay's charm and make it more appealing to guests.

Location near to teluk batik
Very poor facilities, dirty, not well prepared. I have complained to the owner but no apologize receive from him. Not recommended.
