The location is very strategic. It is attached to a shopping mall with Mcdonald's, Coffee Bean, Big Apple, Watson & Guardian Pharmacy, Giordano, The Store, Poh Kong, Mr DIY, Levis, etc. It's very near to a night bazar (Friday-Saturday), ample (basement) parking, and various eateries within walking distance from the hotel. The tv has multiple channels and the sound proofing of the room is also not bad. The room aircond was great, spacious room, has an iron & ironing board, a big size (king) bed, a bathtub, buffet was sufficient.

The cleanliness may not be the best but may not be the worst.

So for most Foreigners traveling to Muar if to do work, and i was no exception, i was recommended to the hotel i booked a small suite because the cost was really nothing More, i had a HUGE room with great WIFI it was all there a great shower clean bedding and Towels a tv with English tv on, location was excellent with all your favarates macdonals KFC subway all close by but some great local restaurants also. The hotel is part of a shopping complex with some great shops a mixture of western and local i would 100% recomend the hotel there was nothing wrong with it, by the way breakfast was very good

nothing really i had to chase my shower round the cubical it was that powerful it move around bit not a problem

The staff at the Classic are wonderful. The breakfast is OK, (I've seen it improve over the last couple of years so they are heading in the right direction). Location next to a shopping center is a plus as there are very convenient shops and restaurants.

Some floors have been renovated - those are nice. On this stay I waqs in a "yet to be renovated" room which was a bit shabby. Need at least a small gym for exercise!

I like that it is near shopping area and is more central. easily accessible to shops and eatery

the room was smoky and there were cigarette bud in the toilet and the toilet smell smoky. also there were tissue paper stuck on the door peep hole. not sure why. so if someone knock on our door we are not able to see who is outside. also a paddle of water in the toilet and can be dangerous as the floor is slippery. this also the same as with my other 3 couple friend room. paddle of water in the toilet. luckily I only staying there for 1 night.

The room is so spacious with big window.. hardly to get a room like this nowadays.. ❤️ it.. clean comfortable n quiet..

A bit confuse bout the parking redeem.. coz the hotel is located in a mall.. you hv to get redeem first at the reception each time be4 u leave the building..

Friendly staff. From concierge to Front desk. Mr Tino was very helpful the moment I check in & till the day I check out. I will surely visit again. However, he needs to be knowledgeable on place to visit in Muar especially eateries outlet. Overall, he has done a great job.

No drop off parking for hotel as it is connected to shopping mall. Hotel should have designated parking space for drop off/pick up. Difficult for hotel guests to drop off baggage as parking is in basement & using walk up stairs. No lift available.

In the city centre nearby satay stalls and pasar malam..everything in working order..spacious room can fit extra bed

We requested river view on upper levels but stayed on the 5th floor with views of the flat roof..requested adjoining rooms but was given separate rooms

The door system out of order . Have to get someone to come open the room door for us each time we want to go in. Hope they fix their system soon . Also their phone rings but nobody picks up . Even then this hotel is still on top of my list. Staff super friendly and very helpful . Love the junior suite at 5th floor

Booked a Junior Suite room without breakfast,, double bed, spacious room, bathroom with bath tub. The furnitures in the room is a bit old but clean

Pillows too soft and had neck pain in the morning. Parking for hotel guest is combined with shopping mall but parking is free, just need to validate your TnG card at the lobby.

Cleanliness superb, spacious room, comfortable bed and pillows. mini fridge is a total plus. the price is unbelievable! super cheap for what u get!! usually room and hotel like this price 200-300. even breakfast is included. also a bathtub. will definitely stay here again whenever i go to muar. worth every penny.
