The Hotel location is near to the Pontian Bay and just below the hotel we can enjoy sea breeze with view. We took a morning stroll by the sea with a very peaceful and cooling morning vibes. Easy parking lot, very2 near to shop & banks - Eco, MrDiy, 7Eleven, McDonald, Cendol Boy and a few more restaurant just a walking distance. Staff is super friendly, TV (Chanel ok la-we did not watch tv a lot) Bathroom got Shampoo, Bath gel, Travel Toothbrush set, Towel, Shower cap. Water Bottle, Coffee 3in1, Tea bag, Cups, Electric kettle, Mini Fridge, 4 power point. Iron & Iron Board we can get it our self at the hotel reception lobby area.

The Stairs.....hahahaha BUT, if we take it as an exercise then we can enjoy the stay there. For us, Not so bad coz our family/Children are all adults. NOT Recommended If you have an elderly forks and a wheelchair people.

Marc the owner and his staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and always went the extra mile. Marc even drove me around the town to show me the sights when it was raining and took me to eat the local food. The hotel is being renovated and repainted. It looks clean and fresh.

There are quite steep stairs to get to the hotel which I like for exercise but I needed help to get my luggage up them, so not suitable for those in a wheelchair.

The Boss of the hotel is understanding and accommodating. It was unable to clearly define the different room through the website booking, hence a room without windows were booked. Concerns were raised and the Boss changed us to another room. The room is really nice with the view of the sea. However, the staff took the own initiative to add an extra bed that we didn't need and tried to charge us for it. The Boss also had to step in and waived all charges. Very reasonable and responsive. Will definitely stay there again.

No lift.

Added security features for both entering the facility a At level 1 and accessing the lobby at level 2. Nice friendly staffs managing the check in and out as well as any other requests.

great location, friendly staff. superb view of the sea from the double room.

the single room lacked hooks or railing to hang clothes. the smell of the single room was initially unpleasant, probably coming from the toilet. the stairs climbing up to the first floor was not ideal for elderly folks.

near amenities, must try Cendolboy viral . exactly at pontian City centre.

strategic. price RM 118 per night for queen bed was too good to be missed .

Location is good, surrounded by shop & food stall within walking distance.

Hotel can only provide extra one pillow instead asking for two.

The staff are very helpful, front room has good view

The bedroom was so comfortable.. got so many shops, bank and restaurant around..

No lift.. not recommend for senior citizens..

The water pump of the shower is immaculate.
