Room fixtures - needs maintenance Room hangers - needs replacement Room safe - no battery Room Aircon - needs calling to Maintenance to turn on Room TV language - Needed IT to change to English Cellphone reception - Poor coverage in rooms

Breakfast has various types of food, e.g. Western, Japanese, Chinese, Malay, Indian etc. but the choices are limited in each type. It is like you can choose western chicken sausage, chicken cooked Malay, Indian, Chinese or Japanese style.

Service was just so so. The airport transfer is every hour and you have to book in advance.

Overall I'm very satisfied the room, facilities, food were 5star quality.

I went to spa on 23/12/2023, after end the massage session I had a bad fever. I checkout on 24/12/2023, at home I took a covid test and the result was shocked. I was positive covid. I'm very sure that I had that from spa because only me +ve and all my family member were -ve. Because only me went to the spa. And along the way Im going back to home I'm not stop by everywhere even to toilet because im weak and not healthy. I'm very hope after this please make sure your staff at spa was fit to do the treatment to customer and the facilities fully sanitize after each session. I'm feeling very upset because not worth it I pay almost RM200 for massage session n I infected with covid.

Smooth checkin, foods in Exec Lounge so owsem, fast elevator (always got 1 standby) superb aircond even they are centralize (so when u enter ur room always cold), HD TV with free movie (latest movie! U'll never want to out ur room!), white fluffy towel and owsem Bathtub + shower (Water pressure so good). Thank you for Anniv room decoration, really touch our heart ❤ For Breakfst, ok wide sellection. Their pastry so owsem! Kuitiaw goreng & nasi lemak ok. Quality fruit, pancake, coffee, juice all ok. Overall thank You Movenpick for your great and excellent service, sure will come again!)

In room, only got 2bottles 350ml plain water. Not enough for 2people. Roti canai gravy not so good. Half boiled egg not prepared well, still rare runny. It should be soaked 7-8 mnts in hot water. (Actually i dont have any -ve feedback once out from the hotel, but when asked for review, ok.. ok lets write sometbing for improvement..hehe)

Very close to airport. Airport shuttle available too (but check with hotels what times these are). Free chocolate hour also which was great. There is a little shop and spa at the bottom floor. Spa was good also! TV and room size were excellent. Robe provided too.

WiFi did not work in my room, asked 3 times but was told it was due to the weather. No WiFi booster available from hotel and not offered to move rooms either, as I was only staying 1 night and leaving at 6am I did not ask any further.

Exceptional hotel, 10/10 from me. From the time my flight landed to the room was just under 1 hour. The receptionist was very pleasant & professional in her manner of checking me in room 2303. Room spotlessly clean, very strong wifi, TV has information about the hotel which I found useful, bed comfortable, shower pressure ok, bathroom had a shower & bath with a lovely smell bit like lavender. Both rooms (bed & bathroom) are reasonably large, fridge inside a cupboard. Sensor lights work perfectly for me. Bathroom fan very quiet. Room serviced every day. Breakfast and dinner had a very wide selection of food. On the ground floor one can get cold drinks and food if you arrived late in the evening. Went and looked around the hotel swimming pools and tennis court at block 'C". Small convenience shop sold emergency items and tourist things. Grounds very well maintained, there is security around to make you feel safe and assist you in any question one has, also they will assist in transportation, would not rely on the shuttle, but it's there and have to prebook when checking in. Very close to KLIA if you had an early morning flight or arriving in the evening like me. My stay was 3 days, arrived late evening and departing on a early flight back to Australia, this is an ideal place to stay. Have stayed in a larger hotel in Las Vegas but the Movenpick walks all over it.

Does not sell alcohol and when asked why, was told they tried to get a licence but KLIA refused to back them. Anyhow I never did see a licence bar at KLIA1 during my 12 hour layover. Set price of 30 ringlets for a short drive (Grab or Taxi) anywhere around the area. Then again once it's explained they are just inside in a certain area of KLIA who sets the price. Finding out the Mosque next door has got nothing to do at all with the hotel except having a common boundary. We all do have neighbours. I thought that was the reason for not selling alcohol, apparently not.

Although we were just passing through it was definitely somewhere I’d stay for longer, clean friendly efficient and secure and even had fish in the outdoor water features. Also as we were leaving early morning they brought us a preordered breakfast to go which was nice and much appreciated:)

The external building does look more worn out than the picture but this isn’t reflected on the inside. The air conditioner in the room although it had controls they didn’t seem to change its output but the humidity compared to outside was greatly reduced so it wasn’t a big problem.

The surrounding... So quite.. Love it... The food for breakfast... All delicious.. The pool...specifically the the female pool.. Car park... Open air and indoor...but the indoor car park Is quite scary because alot of empty lot.

Housekeeping didn't do the proper job for cleaning the room... He left the dirty bedsheet on top of changed and clean bedsheet. He also didn't take the garbage in e plastic.. Just leave it.. From 1-10, I will choose 7.5 for the housekeeping because I can't see any different as I left my room for breakfast..

Really massive multi-entertainment place to stay. There's this adorable chocolate hour between 3-4pm for all guests [basically a cute chocolate buffet]. The room was beautiful plus had a bath AND shower!! Separately, so you could take a shower and then a bath. I really enjoyed that a lot. The view was gorgeous and filled with well maintained tropical nature. To&from the airport, there's a free shuttle every 2 hours. It's labeled "Mövenpick" and is located by number 3 where the ride shares are on the lowest airport floor outside [mentioning just in case it helps anyone]. Grab also worked seamlessly to get me in and out of the more cosmopolitan areas. Room service and laundry were honestly the best I've ever had. Really amazingly delicious food and my laundry was folded and ironed with such care [no dampness]. Both the hotel and Grab interface are brilliant with security, so I always felt safe even as a solo traveller. I'll be staying again for sure~

Absolutely loved my experience here. Amazing pool facilities and fine dining available. Close to the airport and shuttle services are provided. Rooms are well laid out and air conditioned. There is a beautiful masjid nearby (5 min walk). Will definitely be stopping here again.

Shuttle services are a bit confusing and chaotic. Had pre-booked the shuttle, it seems like it is not upto speed with the rest of the standard of the hotel. The temperature in the room was cold and we could not adjust it to a warmer setting (I did ask reception but was unable to adjust it).
