Tye rooms is clean but only need Improve the floor a bit slippery maybe they use too much of floor detergent makes its sticky our feet after back from bathroom. The smell of smoking cigarettes from outside room. Need to improve into thia 2 matters. The rest ia ok. The staft is friendly.

I was more than happy with the attitude & willingness to help of the receptionist. I lost my room card in the dark after I took it out of the slot while there. The receptionist helped me find it promptly. She helped me with another unexpected issue but I can't remember right now what that was.

I didn't realize for several hours how to operate the air conditioning unit. (I turned on the wall switch, but nothing happened, just a beep, until I engaged the remote control. The bedside light switch didn't work. I didn't stay long enough to need breakfast. I couldn't get a dial tone on the room phone. There was no window & hence no view but I was expecting that from info received beforehand.

I recently had the pleasure of staying one night at the S8 Boutique Hotel, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly lovely, making me feel welcomed and well-cared for throughout my stay. The hotel's location is fantastic, with a plethora of excellent restaurants just a short walk away, offering a variety of delicious dining options. The combination of exceptional service and prime location makes the S8 Boutique Hotel a top choice. Highly recommended!

The staff was very welcoming, kind and friendly. I truly have nothing " bad " to say about them 🙂 This hotel is also located close to everything you need basically ( mall, eatery, supermarket etc) it's only 10 minutes away from the airport and the hotel offer transfer for less than 10$ ( one way ) The water in the bathroom was hot enough and the wifi works very well

It's just a little thing but the size of the single room is a but too small if you stay more than a night but it worth its price.

The location was great - close to the airport as we arrived very early in the morning on our flight, lots of close food options available, a mall, and also mitsui shopping outlets close by which are well worth it. Hot tip - these outlets actually have free shuttles to and from Kuala Lumpur airport so if you have a bit of a layover at KUL this is an option for you to use some time. Great location for grab services into KLCC also. The reception staff were great also helping with tips about Kuala Lumpur. The bed was also so so comfortable, the area was quiet and we had such a great sleep in the room!

I can't fault anything.

room was clean, and wifi good. staff were good. quiet area for sleeping. staff organized airport pick up for us. usb charging outlet in room. kettle in room. free drinking water available near reception desk. not a busy city area but many many local food options in the area, including 24hr indian resto and small afternoon/evening food market stalls. small mall nearby opens 10am. grab to putrajaya cost 21rm, and to airport cost30rm at 3pm. have stayed here 2 times now

airport pick up at terminal 2, driver said the wrong door no. to meet at (by mistake). Go to Ehailing / Grab pick up area on bottom floor, opposite side to bus area. other than that, all good

Perfect for an overnight stay between flights! Short taxi ride from the airport. Clean, quiet and comfortable, nice room and bathroom. Staff was very kind and helpful. Good restaurants nearby for meals, 7-11 and FamilyMart nearby to get snacks for your flight. They were very helpful arranging a late-night shuttle for us from the airport, which was cheaper than a taxi would have been at that time of night (regular Grab taxi is cheaper during the day).

Pick up and delivery service to the airport was excellent ⭐️🌟 this what we really need in catching early connection flight. The stuff / Mr Visakumar was friendly and helpful. I went to Petronas tower and mall, for dinner with my kids. There, I asked help to send grab car for me. They helped and hotel safe.

I like the hotel. This is just an input. *Bedding was so tidy but it can be cleaner. The floor is bit sticky. *adding instructions how to turn on the water in shower will be nice 🙂 since it may different.

I always get this hotel for my transit stay. Location near KLIA was good. Mall nearby and plenty of places to eat plus the nightly food market just outside is a super bonus. Room size was small unless you get those with windows. But room was clean and staff friendly and helpful. This hotel is cheap and meets all my transit needs and highly recommendable.

Room bit small for those without window

The location is strategic, the shuttle service is very nice. The staffs are quite friendly and helpful as well.

I booked a room without windows, next time I think I will book one with windows. The shower I think can improved because the shower doesn't have a closed door which easily the water overflow the whole bathroom. My room doorway is a bit smelly maybe somebody smoked.
