Went there for MotoGP race.. 1. the rooms were Clean, Convenient, Near to Airports/F1/Mitsui mall.. 2. The room has all the necessary things, also has a space to pray.. 3. lots of parking in front of the hotel, first come first serve.. 4. The staffs are friendly and good at their jobs, really appreciate when they managed to arrange our rooms next to each other although we’ve checked in late.. 5. Got Cafe & Mamak next to the hotel so those who would like to smoke / lepak malam / supper / breakfast could really go to the mamak.. 6. Comfortable to rest.

1. The parking area could be really dark at night so wish the hotel could request the government to place 1-2 road lights for safety purpose.. 2. The uncle didn’t open the cafe’s aircond till we sat there to order so kinda hot when we ate there… and maybe the cafe could change their plastic spoon for drinks as most that we got have lots of black dirts on it. 3. One of the room didn’t have long mirror (if not mistaken, I think its room 311/310)

the room size is very satisfactory, all facilities are sufficient and clean. the bath room and toilet are so clean and very comfortable to use. the location of the hotel is also close to the airport. overall the hotel is very interesting and very comfortable to stay.

the hotel are is very far from the mall and the location of the hotel is also quite remote. there are no interesting places close to the location of the hotel. the are of the hotel also difficult to choose an interesting restaurant.

no table for me to do my work. have to sit on my bed Toilet not really clean. water heater is not functioning The surrounding is like a horror movie no shops available. only one mart and two mamak .

1. I like the design concept of aviation both exterior and interior 2. Receptionist are able to answers all questions posed. Knowledgeable 👍

1. Staff sometimes will get stuck with certain pax with issues for some time, thus lead to higher waiting time 2. When we first arrived, our room was not cleaned yet therefore has to come downstairs, reported it, wait for it to be cleaned and only able to utilize the room. 3. The hot water in the bathroom hardly functioning, end up taking cold shower 😔

Near to airport. Very suitable for transit stay or business trip. Near to my training center @ DGM Support. Easy to get AirAsia Ride, Grab & Foodpanda.

staff are helpful. room is clean and unique. aircraft theme make it special. comfortable bed and quite decent size room. very suitable for transit for klia airport. only about 7-10 minutes drive from klia.

Clean hotel, good facilities, friendly staff; for an affordable price. Good for backpackers or even traveling with family...need to spend extra 1 night because our flight was rescheduled next day

value for money, i strongly recommend this hotel to those who needs to overnight for your next day flight, if u looking for more confortable stay with fanily, take kingbed room. just nice for a family for 3 or 4

whe i checked in room no 320, room not ready for check in, so they changed me to another room 327, room must be ready then u can offer to customer. tq
