Can be cleaner. The deposit was RM50, but upon check the morning duty staff just returned RM30🤔. I noticed that the night duty man has changed the receipt manually to RM30.

* Provides Toiletries and plenty of bottled water * Family room is very spacious * The beds are huge! * Close to a 7/11 and a clinic…which was great as my family became ill because of the heat. * The air con works really well * Not the best looking room but of the four hotels I’ve stayed in Malaysia, this was the best value * The staff here are 5 star. Everyone has been super helpful and friendly. We had issues with the parking as the machines were broken and the app only accepts Malaysian bank cards. The receptionist paid for our parking using his card and we paid him via cash. When leaving our room, we saw the cleaner and asked him for extra towels and toilet rolls. Not only did he provided what we asked for, he also asked if we have enough body wash, water, toothpaste etc… The staff also made sure to greet us whenever they saw us.

* No elevator. Only stairs making it difficult to carry luggage. However the staff did offer to help * Rooms are plain and boring Honestly, the staff made it so welcoming that we can bypass any little complaint.

Room was spotless clean! Single bed comfortable, hangers provided, aircon not noisy at night. Water dispenser & iron board along corridor. Kettle provided. $50 refundable deposit. Many foodcourts nearby and KK mart 2 doors down. Multiple cctvs, very safe

Staying for 7d6n, super good price, location, room service. You also get cuckoo water dispenser to refill your water. The soap and shampoo refill everyday. Staff will call you for remind not to park in front of the hotel on Wednesday (1600-2200) due to night market. The room clean, and very satisfied me. Check out at the early morning is not an issue because the staff always on the desk.

The hotel is located in front of a school in Lobak. The room is spacious, it has chairs and table - you can conveniently have food in your room. The room is convenient for pray and the qiblah location is on the ceiling. The toilet is also spacious, has good lighting, and comfortable. The Daikin aircond was functioning well. You can also do your desk job in the room as there is ample space and sufficient power points in the room. The toiletries provided are also good - tootbrush, shower gel and shampoo. Nescafe for two for breakfast with a kettle. The receptionist guys are also friendly and helpful. It is a worth stay.

As the hotel located in a Chinese town of Seremban, it is difficult to find halal food so you may order Foodpanda, Grabfood, or go out at the mall. And the dogs are everywhere. Oh ya, there is no elevator in the hotel. The hotel has two floors - ground, first, and second floor.

Spacious, 2 queen beds + 1 single bed one room, dining table with 4 chairs and you still have lots of space. We just stayed one night to rest on our way to Johor. I didn’t expect much, but this hotel/room really a nice surprise. Room and toilets are clean, have amenities-shower gel, tooth brush+paste, 3 in 1 coffee, kettle, iron and iron board. Recommended. 👌

No elevator 😅, but we are at the floor. Good for exercise.

The location doesn't feel safe if you are staying alone

The room was clean and spotless. Excellent room amenities. Beds were comfortable. Shower pressure strong and satisfying. Spacious and roomy.

The front desk staff is almost always half asleep, maybe because it's so peaceful and quiet.. The walls are kind of thin, baby yowling next door disturbed the peace even until midnight. Lighting is too 'warm' and yellow. Would appreciate some 'cool' white lighting for reading /paperwork purposes.

Get call later before check in that my booking was sort of overbooked.. That they just have superior queen instead of King deluxe that I have booked earlier.. But quite okay since downgraded with refund..however a bit spoiled since lack of mini refrigerator and I don't like my plan changeng unplan... And they lack of elevator so need to use the staircase for our room at 2nd floor..
