Every staff we interacted with were incredibly friendly & helpful. Loved how short the walk is to the mall. Breakfast was pretty good, too! Had AC issues on the first night but luckily it was rectified so the remaining time during our stay it was working fine. Also, the rainfall shower is the most amazing one I’ve ever had. The water pressure was heaven!!!!

Unfortunately, we left our son’s stuffed toy on check-out day. Called twice in hopes of housekeeping returning it to lost & found but to this day (2 weeks after) still nothing. It wasn’t a tiny toy and could easily be found by housekeeping.

Stay 1 night for anniversary celebration. 1 week before check in i email the hotel asking about price for decoration & cake(for anniversary), the staff told me that i need to pay RM100 for that purpose. I decide not to proceed with the decoration plan & cake. So i just pay for the room only. But I'm surprised to see a piece of cake on the table when entered the room after check in. The hotel made a surprise for our special day 😍 thank you so much & it's definitely worth stay for us. Variety of food during breakfast & strategic location near i city mall. Bed was very comfy too

The location was perfect, near to UiTM Shah Alam for my son's convocation. I- City Central Walk shopping centre was a short walk from the hotel lobby. In there were many eateries to choose from if we wish to have a cheaper option. The hotel was still new with all the fittings and furniture functioning well. The air-conditioning control system was a touch-screen type and easy to use. The queen bed and pillows were super comfy. As my room was for 3 pax, a single bed was provided in the living area. The night and day curtain used a motorized system to open/closed it. However, you can't closed/opened it halfway. There were 5 lift cars, hence staying at 19th floor is not a problem. The breakfast was super tasty, with so many choices e.g. Malay kitchen, Chinese kitchen. All the staff were polite and professional. I made a complaint about the button to toggle between rain shower and hand shower and vice-versa at the counter and was quickly rectified. In fact, there was a team communicating with me via Whatsapp and asking for my feedback on the hotel's service level. Even in the restaurant, the kitchen staff were asking me for feedback. So it created a sense of continuous improvement by the Management.

There's nothing I don't like about this hotel. Maybe I'll share a bit on certain things based on my personal expectation: a) The view from my room was a bit dull. The living room faced an office block, hence most of the time the curtains was drawn in. The view from my bedroom was a four condominium blocks and looking down there seemed to be an abandoned building. b) The water mixer for hot & cold water ( at the shower) seemed to be not working well. C) i suggest that the kitchen team could take a look.at the Malay Kitchen i.e. kuah lontong and sambal for nasi lemak, which was bit

The room is decent - comfy bed, all amenities good. Breakfast was really good - nasi goreng is amazing. Nice pool with jacuzzi area, should have brought my swimwear. Friendly staff. Nice room service too. The guard at the carpark named Mekha gave me RM1 coz I was short of RM1 to pay for the carpark exit (I forgot to use TnG instead). Please reward him accordingly. I didn't get to see him before I left.

My room is facing the staff access to the level 16 I suppose. Few times the door was not properly shut, the beeping sound keeps going that it can be clearly heard from my room. I had to go out and shut the door properly twice to stop the beeping.

The hotel is still new, modern concept & next to mall. Swimming pool & gym are nice. Have clean toilet at the gym floor ( provided with towel etc) & sauna (but unfortunately sauna for ladies is difficult to set. Doesn’t function for the 2nd time use). Wide variety of food for breakfast buffet, have extra options of fruits like rambutan, longan, salak & kids section. All food is delicious.

The lobby have strong smells of liquor & the staff/bell boy is not alert during check in. My parents was asked to go straight to parking even after told them they want to check in & drop the luggage. Since they have event that day, have to park next under maybank. They have to walk far to lobby lift. Really not expecting this experience (Not very welcoming like normal hotel). As for me, take quite some time to check-in. Waiting the staff to key-in the info. The water heater very slow/difficult to adjust for hot water. Quite annoyed when have to wait longer while my kids already freezing. I had high expectation bcs it’s Double Tree & we are paying more compared to other hotel.

Location: Walking distance to the mall (Central i-City) & the theme park (i-City) 3. Parking: Hotel parking is seperated from mall parking 4. Buffet breakfast: Variety of food laid out… more than the usual menu at other hotels

Difficult for pedestrians to cross the road from the hotel to the theme park at night despite the zebra crossing as the vehicles were going fast and not enough lighting to see anyone crossing the road. There should be traffic light or speed humps for vehicles to slow down.

I love everything especially: +++The hospitality. I reserved to treat my friend for her birthday without request any special arrangement but they served a slice of tasty birthday cake for her. Kudos to the front office team for the thoughtful gesture! Everyone - from the security team, the front office staff and the restaurant crews were helpful. +++The pillow!! +++The food. We ordered the room service meals for dinner and we enjoyed every single meal! The taste was consistently great from the dinner to the breakfast buffet. A wide range of food and beverages. Kudos to the chef and team. +++The lift was fast and smelled great.

The entrance to the hotel parking is a bit tricky for a clumsy guest like me. Would be great to have complimentary parking hehe.

The carpark is very easily accessible from the hotel. It is also located at a very strategic location, where the shopping centre and the theme park are just walking distance. From the moment that we had entered the hotel until we had checked out, the staff was friendly. The hotel is very clean and well furnished. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and I like the fact that it starts very early compared to other hotels that we had stayed.

I guess it was just not my luck cause the room that I had stayed did not have a consistent hot water for showering. A few times, my parents and I had no choice but to shower in cold water. My sibling, which stayed in another room, did not face any issues.

1. My room was a twin bedroom, but the towels came in three. Even the extra pillow has an extra blanket. Genuinely thoughtful. 2. I had connecting rooms, so this was the best bit 3. The pool offers towels and allows us to bring the towel to our rooms (so we were still wrapped in them until we reached our rooms) 4. I booked 5 rooms. The hotel staff (zawani via phone, putri via counter) were very helpful to ensure all 5 rooms were on the same floor, next to each other. 5. Free cookies for each room! So I got a total of 10 cookies!

Areas of improvement: 1. Guide to use WiFi in rooms. Kids have their phone these days, so some simple guidance place in the room would be helpful.

Spacious and spanky clean room. Lobby huge with lots of accommodating sofas. We are served with the traditional cookies upon checking in. Kudos to front office Ms Putri for being very friendly and cheerful. Water pressure and wifi is strong. I city shopping mall, theme and water park is within walking distance.

Need to pay rm5 for parking. Room sensor would auto shut off all electrical items, lights and aircon should no movement is detected. A bit of inconvenience for us when the aircon is switched off in the middle of the night. Wake up sweating.
