The breakfast spread was good as there was a wide variety. The Manager in charge was very friendly and helpful. We upgraded the room to premium. Room was big and bed was comfortable. However pillows were too soft for us. We asked for firmer pillows and the staff sent to us same day. In general, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Our stay is comfortable and wonderful.

There is no free parking within the vicinity. We still have to pay RM5 per entry. If we drive in and out of the hotel a few times a day, that will cost us quite a bit.

Regarding the hotel. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and close to the mall.

I booked through Booking.com and paid the full amount through the website. When I arrived for check-in, the staff asked me for a security deposit. I paid the amount, and upon checking out, a portion of the deposit was deducted, citing tourist taxes. This means there were hidden fees not disclosed on Booking.com. Additionally, they asked me to pay a small amount for parking, which was also a hidden fee. It feels like they're dealing with me in a murky way rather than transparency

As a return customer, we have always love the location of the hotel as it is accessible to the mall and theme parks. The amenities in the hotel are superb. Hotel rooms were clean and smelled good. The staff on the ground floor was extremely great. During our check in, your front desk officer, Cheryl, was very helpful and friendly. Thank you for continuously making our stay in your hotel a good experience.

It's a small thing but it will be much appreciated if another box of tissue is placed in the room and not only in the bathroom. Thank you

Located just next to Central I-City Mall and within walking distance to the I-City theme park, this hotel is perfect for families on a leisure trip. I stayed here for my UiTM convocation, and it was incredibly convenient—just a 10-minute drive to UiTM’s campus. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, and the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a convenient, family-friendly stay.

Breakfast was not very satisfyingly hot drinks that have been cold, food that lacks flavor and desserts that have been served are cold. Television in a room that cannot be paired with a smartphone and has no connection to the internet for interesting stories such as Netflix, YouTube and etc.

Stay 1 night for anniversary celebration. 1 week before check in i email the hotel asking about price for decoration & cake(for anniversary), the staff told me that i need to pay RM100 for that purpose. I decide not to proceed with the decoration plan & cake. So i just pay for the room only. But I'm surprised to see a piece of cake on the table when entered the room after check in. The hotel made a surprise for our special day 😍 thank you so much & it's definitely worth stay for us. Variety of food during breakfast & strategic location near i city mall. Bed was very comfy too

Every staff we interacted with were incredibly friendly & helpful. Loved how short the walk is to the mall. Breakfast was pretty good, too! Had AC issues on the first night but luckily it was rectified so the remaining time during our stay it was working fine. Also, the rainfall shower is the most amazing one I’ve ever had. The water pressure was heaven!!!!

Unfortunately, we left our son’s stuffed toy on check-out day. Called twice in hopes of housekeeping returning it to lost & found but to this day (2 weeks after) still nothing. It wasn’t a tiny toy and could easily be found by housekeeping.

The location was perfect, near to UiTM Shah Alam for my son's convocation. I- City Central Walk shopping centre was a short walk from the hotel lobby. In there were many eateries to choose from if we wish to have a cheaper option. The hotel was still new with all the fittings and furniture functioning well. The air-conditioning control system was a touch-screen type and easy to use. The queen bed and pillows were super comfy. As my room was for 3 pax, a single bed was provided in the living area. The night and day curtain used a motorized system to open/closed it. However, you can't closed/opened it halfway. There were 5 lift cars, hence staying at 19th floor is not a problem. The breakfast was super tasty, with so many choices e.g. Malay kitchen, Chinese kitchen. All the staff were polite and professional. I made a complaint about the button to toggle between rain shower and hand shower and vice-versa at the counter and was quickly rectified. In fact, there was a team communicating with me via Whatsapp and asking for my feedback on the hotel's service level. Even in the restaurant, the kitchen staff were asking me for feedback. So it created a sense of continuous improvement by the Management.

There's nothing I don't like about this hotel. Maybe I'll share a bit on certain things based on my personal expectation: a) The view from my room was a bit dull. The living room faced an office block, hence most of the time the curtains was drawn in. The view from my bedroom was a four condominium blocks and looking down there seemed to be an abandoned building. b) The water mixer for hot & cold water ( at the shower) seemed to be not working well. C) i suggest that the kitchen team could take a look.at the Malay Kitchen i.e. kuah lontong and sambal for nasi lemak, which was bit

Many choices for the breakfast spread, and they were all delicious. Loved the fact that breakfast starts as early as 6am. Luqman (the staff at the reception) was very patient in handling our request for room upgrade.

They charge quite an expensive price for children as young as 6 years old, where in fact children that age don't eat much, they're full with just a bowl of cereal and a piece of bread. The shower takes a bit time to heat up.

The room is decent - comfy bed, all amenities good. Breakfast was really good - nasi goreng is amazing. Nice pool with jacuzzi area, should have brought my swimwear. Friendly staff. Nice room service too. The guard at the carpark named Mekha gave me RM1 coz I was short of RM1 to pay for the carpark exit (I forgot to use TnG instead). Please reward him accordingly. I didn't get to see him before I left.

My room is facing the staff access to the level 16 I suppose. Few times the door was not properly shut, the beeping sound keeps going that it can be clearly heard from my room. I had to go out and shut the door properly twice to stop the beeping.
