I like just about everything the resort offered. The room was great, clean and spacious. Noise insulation is quite good, you'll just hear the occasional room service walk pass by but no noise from other rooms. The entire layout of the resort is very nice, with the lake it was nice to just walk around. Breakfast was good too, no complains except perhaps have a water dispenser for those that want to get water. Only mentioning this because often we have to wait for a while just to get water. Then take note, there are 3 entrances for this resort. Dont worry its not complex, but it will be good to know in advance which entrance is closest for your room. Lastly, to the entire staff, keep up the amazing work and thank you for your hospitality.

We love The Saujana KL! We celebrated our fifth anniversary here and the hotel surprised us with an anniversary decoration in our room and a complimentary cake! The service here has always been excellent and the staff are very accommodating. I especially enjoyed our large bed and pillows which were super comfy to sleep in, our room was spacious with a huge bathtub and we really enjoyed watching Netflix on the big screen TV! We keep coming back here for a relaxing staycation and The Saujana never disappoints :)

The bathroom’s water pressure was very low when using the bidet, hope you can look into it for room 3319. Also, I was taking a nap while my husband was out when I heard the doorbell ring but I didn’t immediately open the door, turns out it was housekeeping and before I could get up I heard him enter the room by unlocking the door. I had to shout and say no need for housekeeping today. I was quite upset when this happened as this has never happened before, my husband has made a complaint during our checkout. I sincerely hope this won’t happen again because it’s a huge invasion of privacy. Please improve on this.

Everything about the Saujana was exceptional. We stayed in the Spa, the room was lovely more space than we could ever need. The hotel was quite sometimes we were the only people in the pool. In addition to the pool onsite, there was access to an outdoor 50m 8 lane pool. Being a competitive swimmer, this was a pleasant surprise. The staff couldn't do enough to help .. and the Italian restaurant in the Spa was superb, fine dining with fantastic food and super attentive waiters ..

To be honest there's very little negative I can say about the Saujana .. some areas are a little tired if you look hard .. and if you want to be out walking, then it's probably not the place for you. If you want to relax by the pool and eat great food then it's a no brainer.

Great resort atmosphere, feels like you’re not in the city, night was quiet and calm. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had dinner and breakfast at one of their restaurant, Charcoal, the food was very nice, the seafood buffet dinner was delicious. The pool was big and nice to swim, it was quite deep but they do have shallow section. Kids pool was separated from adult. Overall I really like the stay here.

Everything was great but I wish the opening times for gym is longer. After dinner, some of us want to workout but they gym already close at 8pm. Would be great if it extended to 10 or 11pm. Other facilities are great!

The staff were lovely. We arrived at the wrong part of the hotel as we weren’t staying in the main bit but the club area so if you ever book this then you need to go to the entrance after the main one, there is a sign that says club and spa. So they nicely took us in a car with our luggage to the other part of the hotel. Once there we went to our stunning room which was lovely and near to perfect. The staff were very engaging, friendly and lovely. They really emphasised the friendliness of people in Malaysia. We had gone out for a couple of hours to meet a friend and on our return were asked if we would like a peice of cake to celebrate our honeymoon which was such a lovely touch so thank you 🙏🏻 Now I like cheesecake and my fiancé loves cheesecake and this was the best cheesecake ever! It was incredible! If you go there you must try it, there is only one and you only need one when it’s the best. You don’t think you’ll go to Malaysia to have the best cheesecake. So after this we went back to the room where we enjoyed the faculties the rooms offer including a bath that just has to be graced by your presence. I’m not a bath person but this bath is beautiful and it was lovely. Could do with a head rest but I used a towel which was good too. The next morning we had breakfast which started at 6am luckily so we could enjoy it very much before heading off. There was a great selection of their take on a western breakfast but also they had some lovely Eastern dishes such as dim sum. I really would have liked to have had the breakfast again, it was so tasty. Thank you for a great stay 🙂🙏🏻

There are slight touch ups needed in the bathroom area but overall the property was beautiful and we wish we had longer to stay to enjoy it.

Just wow! The Saujana Hotel is exactly what I needed - a total escape. The environment is incredible - so peaceful and surrounded by greenery. It felt like a world away from the city (even though it wasn't!). The room was fantastic too - spacious, clean, and super comfortable. Big plus for a great night's sleep! The hotel itself has everything you could need to relax. The pool was amazing for a refreshing dip, and I'm definitely coming back for a spa treatment next time - pure bliss! They even have a variety of restaurants on-site, so you can enjoy delicious food without leaving the tranquil setting.

The breakfast spread offered a good foundation, but a wider variety of choices would have been incredible.

1) room was amazing, relaxation was what we looked for, it was indeed what we got. Didn’t feel like it was in Subang at all!felt like we were miles away, perhaps Bali!

1) Unfortunately we had to wait approximately 30 minutes for our luggages to be sent to the room and had to call the operator a few times to inquire about it. 2) staffs weren’t professional as they addressed as akak and abang (sis and bro). What was expected was more of professionalisme, ie; Cik, Puan, Madam etc 3) our toilet was clogged hence the water rise within minutes! 3)

the Buffet breakfast is okay, the variety and range offered is good. I also had the option to have it at the main Coffee House or at the one for those who said in the "CLUB" room category. I chose to have mine at the main Coffee House. The only disappointing part is they don't have brewed coffee on the buffet. Later I stopped by at the breakfast for those staying in the "CLUB" room category, and requested if they have brewed coffee and asked if I could have some. The staff allowed me to get the brewed coffee from the machine, she also informed that I could have requested brewed coffee at the main Coffee House too. My suggestion is that the main Coffee House should have put a signed that stated "brewed coffee will be made available upon request" at the buffet table next to the regular coffee and tea.

the bidet in the toilet is not the appropriate one, and it was also leaking; I mentioned this to the staff for their attention. The corridoor light outside may room was broken/not working; I made the complained at 8pm when I was going out for Dinner and I expected that they would attend to it by the time I came back; however at 11pm when I came back nothing has been done, so the coridoor outside my room was dark and difficult to get the keycard and getting into the room. I am disappointed on this lack of around the clock maintenance staff to attend to such request.

A very comfortable hotel. Very tranquil considering it is in the middle of an enormously developed area. The grounds were very beautiful and the atmosphere relaxed. Nice to hear the sound of birds in the grounds and we even saw some Leaf Eating Monkeys. Free car parking was also a bonus.

Some more consideration should be given to the breakfast menu. I appreciate that the restaurant is halal but there are excellent vegan alternatives to chicken sausages . Few alternative dining alternatives within walking distance.
