Very clean, comfotable bed and enough pillows. Water pressure very good. Room is quite spacious so for muslims its quite comfortable to do solat. There is ample outdoor parking since its a building on its own.

No dressing table mirror but a slim wall mirror is provided behind the room door which i guess is for guests to have a quick glance before they go out. Fixing shower curtains not a good idea to separate shower area from toilet as water tend to splash water on the dry area of the toilet from the base of the curtain. A better suggestion is to install glass shower screen with a glass door. Aircond in my room was leaking.

I love almost everything about the hotel. Really quiet place with facilities especially since it is OKU friendly. And also there are trolleys available for us to carry our luggage. Very convenient. Love the Signature Kitchen. The coffee and Teh Tarik was absolutely amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful. Easy to have food delivery around. I also love the seating area outside the hotel for us to enjoy the air in the morning.

Perhaps there should be a hook or something that we can hang out our clothes in an iron area. Sometimes we need to iron a lot of clothes and there is no place for us to hang so it'll be very convenient if we have one.

The room is very spacious and clean. The toilet is very clean too. So far, the best hotel in teluk intan.

The shower water pressure is very slow . The TV channel is pathetic. Everything seems in chinese. No sports channel, no movie. I hope the management will look into it.

A hotel is the hardware. The people is the software. The defining difference in Rivertel is the staff who are very friendly and helpful. My mother is an invalid and needed a chair to bath in. They promptly provided one which was so different from one of the 4 star hotel we stayed in Ipoh which did not helped.

The location is very close to the city. The room is very nice, smells good and the bed was very comfortable. I guess because it is a new hotel. Hope fully you can maintain the condition as it is now in the future. Good luck..

Not much actually. it just that there was no breakfast during our stay in this hotel. The hotel was quite at the back of the street. Cannot have the view if the city.

very good location. clean room and very friendly staffs. they were very accommodating even in the wee hours of the morning.

when I took the new towel in the bathroom it had a lump of hair stuck in it. quite disgusting. however after calling the front desk they immediately apologized and replaced it. parts of the room walls had some stains which feel need to be cleaned properly or painted.

Location of the hotel is good. The staff is helpful & fast. Room is spacious with clean bathroom & good air-cond condition. We like the view as it is facing the main road. Plenty of parking space behind and side of the hotel. Overall a good stay there. Will come back again next time.

The room was spacious. Check in was quite fast. Clean, good water pressure. The bed was comfortable and the aircond works well. The view from the 8th floor was awesome. Totally we loved it

Children TV channel is limited. Probably 1 or 2 more will help to keep the young ones occupied while we get ready/pack/unpack.

The whole experience was beyond my expectation. The hotel (and room) was clean. The room door was sealed with a tag, meaning that after the workers have cleaned and sanitized no one except the incoming guest could enter. Otherwise the tag would be broken. Pleasant and friendly staff. Sufficient parking space around the hotel. The price may be a bit high for a small town, but the overall pleasant experience made it all worth the while.

CLEAN!! Almost spotless from corner to corner. Sheets, pillows and towels smells fresh and clean. Good sanitisation SOP. Everything you need and nothing you don't. Cold aircond and good water pressure/hot water pressure. Nice view as it's the highest building for miles.

Thin walls, sound of people in hallway and next room..bathroom could be better with a glass enclosure for the shower. Only 3 in 1 coffee in room. A tea bag with hot water from downstairs cost RM9.55! Should have just comped it for us.
