1. Room size is bit small compared to the price and resort popularity. 2. AC was not working properly for both the staying days, we informed room service but they came very late, even after repairing AC was not working so had to stay with a bit uncomfortable sleep. Expected more sincere service in such cases . 3. Breakfast was included.but the food items are very less varieties. Expected more variety.

As a couple, our stay at Kaani Palm Beach in Maafushi, Maldives was enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, we appreciated the convenient location and amenities of this hotel. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the stunning infinity pool, which offered beautiful views of the crystal-clear waters of the Maldives. We spent many hours lounging by the pool, taking in the panoramic vistas and enjoying the sunset. The rooms at Kaani Palm Beach were clean and spacious, providing ample space for relaxation and comfort. the bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep after a day of exploring the island. The hotel's location was ideal, with direct access to the bikini beach, allowing us to enjoy the powdery white sand and turquoise waters just a few steps from our room. The convenience of being able to walk straight into the bikini beach was definitely a plus for us. One of the highlights of our stay was the fun beach party organized by the hotel, which added an extra touch of excitement to our evenings. We enjoyed the lively atmosphere and dancing the night away under the stars, creating unforgettable memories. We would recommend booking a balcony room over a standard room at Kaani Palm Beach. Although the price difference may be insignificant, the balcony rooms offer breathtaking views and an outdoor space to relax and unwind, adding an extra touch of comfort to the experience. The standard rooms, which do NOT have any windows, may feel a bit confined and lacking in natural light. We recommend booking a balcony room for a more comfortable experience, although the hotel may not be overly luxurious. Despite the disappointing breakfast, the overall value and quality of this hotel make it one of the good options on Maafushi Island.

The only downside of our stay was the disappointing breakfast. The food was of low quality and lacked flavors, which was a letdown. However, it did not significantly impact our overall experience at Kaani Palm Beach.

This is one of the best hotels on Maafushi. Located next to Bikini Beach, where all activities take place, it offers a convenient location to avail water sports and excursions and breathtaking views of the ocean. Unlike some of the other poor reviews I read on food, the taste was amazing. The roof top pool was the best part. It was mostly empty and allowed us to experience it as a private pool. The hotel offers excursions and given that they have a large number of guests, you are sure to find a package of your liking.

The only negative experience we had was related to speedboat transfer from Male to Maafushi when we arrived. The hotel confirmed out transfer for $25 per person but did not communicate the time. When we arrived, we looked out for the Kaani booth on airport but it was empty. Plus, unlike the staff of other hotels, their staff was not holding any hotel banners / boards to the passengers on arrival. After looking out for the staff, we were told that our speedboat had left and the next speedboat was after 4 hours. Plus, their staff on airport booth was unfriendly. We asked him to contact the hotel and solve the problem, but he was like I can't do anything. Just wait here for 4 hours.

Much better than expected. We had a very nice room with balcony with great views to the bikini beach. The room was cleaned daily. Very comfortable bed. Location is the best just in the bikini beach. Breakfast started early and was tasty. Waiters from breakfast were nice. Hotel offers trips with good prices.

Reception staff could be more polite and friendly. I would greet them with a "good morning" or "good evening " and would not have a reply back.

Great property in Maafushi. Staff were extremely cooperative. Property is right in front of the beach, so great views and very convenient. We also took water excursions from them which was really well planned.

I booked three rooms and they allocated the rooms on separate floors. It should be quite evident that if one person has booked multiple rooms they would want it to be together.

Breakfast was complimentary. The content was the same everyday which I didnt mind because I love an omelette and toast. The location of the hotel was ideal as the Bikini Beach was right in front. Lots of other restaurants nearby to go to and most have card machine and accept USD. Hotel offers lots of excursions which I recommend booking with as you'll get a wholesome experience. Hotel staff were polite, friendly and greeted with a smile. Hotel can also arrange for ferry transport to/from airport. - USD25.

Staff were often confused at the front desk. Each seemed to have a task & often told us to come back later. The check in process was awkward and bizarre. Forgot to give us WiFi password, did not explain that we needed to take a separate elevator to the pool, did not make the meal plan clear, etc. the one girl made a phone call as she was helping us check in. Staff were nice, it was just confusing & awkward. Not smooth at all.

Location was perfect. Room was clean, beds comfortable, modern finishes. Staff friendly and helpful. Dinner was great, varied daily. The pool area beautiful. Beach towels provided. The tours were wonderful and professional. Water provided daily, towels changed daily.

Only one lift in each building for 9 floors. Breakfast is just ok - I think they should add yogurt, and maybe pastries. It’s not too limiting but does get monotonous. Add a clothes horse in the rooms as there isn’t anywhere to hang wet clothes. The area outside the lifts is super hot and quite suffocating- ventilation or air conditioning needed. The hotel could provide some non motorized water sports for free.

so shocked to know that such big famous hotel is having only 6 Umbrealls . If it has been take by somebody then you wont get it even if it will be too strong sunlight . You need to pay extra money to the other people who could provide umbrealla . Such big famous hotel should have sufficient Umbrella for all customers who need it as we pay lot of money for this hotel .

i love that it is beachfront and the location is in the middle of everything - shops, restaurants, watersports. i love the staff, they take care of you upon arrival until the end of the stay - be it hopping to another hotel or booking the boat going back to Airport. the infinity pool was awesome! 👌 😎

the only very small thing i didnt like is that they dont have room slippers 😅 and that there are too many flies when dining outdoors (breakfast) 🥹
