An exceptional hotel: location, conditions. Certainly if I return to St. Jullien, I will stay here. Very tasty breakfast - with the mention that it is the same every day, but which still covers all tastes and demands.

The staff was not very welcoming, they answered as they wanted - it was a busy weekend or..... Here I also include the reception and the cleaning staff (they change the towels preferentially, they forget to change them). Even if I'm not picky about these small details, it can be even better at such a hotel. Also, there is still a lot of work to be done on the SPA side: the sauna did not work, the steam bath is deplorable, the sauna shower does not work, the basement pool is also in disrepair. So the included SPA part is disastrous. I didn't use the paid services at the SPA - I don't even think I would have wanted to try them, after you see the situation in the basement.

Wow. That was one of a greatest hotels I have ever been! I liked everything: the staff was just so friendly to meet all our needs, they packed us delicious lunch boxes for our last morning to go to the airport with fresh things. The interior is really cool, I absolutely love the mirrors at the ceiling, the bathroom lights and the balcony is just breath taking! The spa was just a great bonus - I loved the pool with the cool lights and the sauna was a decent temperature even for a family from northern Europe. The hotel stand out from the street and every detail is so well thought through that it must made our stay! Not to mention - the breakfast was delicious! Thank you!

loved the room with the jacuzzi - we had such a great time in it and the jacuzzi was really easy to use. room itself is beautiful and large and super comfy beds. the location is excellent next to all the clubs and great food places too! everything was walking distance.

the hotel staff and room service needs to be improved. had to ring room service multiple times for them to order me breakfast as they wouldn’t understand and cut the phone and then on one occasion said that I didn’t order anything. the service here is what let me down and left me feeling frustrated.

The hotel was in a great location. The staff were amazing and really friendly. Breakfast was great and had lots to choose from. The spa facilities were perfect too. Beach/sea front view is questionable as you can see it but it is far away not sure it's worth paying the extra for.

There's nothing that would stop me from going back but if there was one thing to moan about it would that the breakfast was slightly cold. Food was on a hot plate but still wasn't very hot.

The hotel is amazing, rooftop, ceiling mirror in the room, good breakfast, placed very good near the beach and transport.

The noiseeeee, I asked before to arrive for a quite room, but the hotel is in the area full of clubs plus parties on the rooftop. I mentioned in the hotel about the noise and everyone was so much aware of it, so used to it and to multiple complains, I did not receive a quieter room, I received just some ear plugs and lots of smiles but no solution.

Great hotel, nice atmosphere, romantic - live at its own its own pace/ way ! Congratualtion for the Hugo hotel staff with support granted by 9 floor team: Aravinda & Giovinda that solve all of our issues! Nice idea with pool top floor party with DJ, good music on behind, very good breakfast & live cooking chef that support all of your morning issues. Really well organized & helpfull reception Staff with its manager all the time involved! Good location to discover Malta fast mode: keeping turistic-entertainment-party combination character of our stay! Really appreciate - make our visit NICE!

The moment we entered the hotel they greeted us and made us feel more priority, I like how accommodating the receptionist and the personnel who help for our things as we enter the room and handled the surprise gift for my boyfriend it was perfect 🤩 I like how clean it is and the place was so superb, it was so luxury. In 3 days we stayed it was always had been cleaned and changed the towels and sheets. There's soundproof as well so you don't hear anything from outside. I like the color of the hotel so overall it was fantastic! recommended! 🥰
