The room was lovely, spacious, clean, modern with a balcony overlooking the rooftop pool (small pool, more like a plunge pool). Modern features, USB charging points on besides, coffee machine and kettle in room was a nice touch. Breakfast was good and staff attentive.

Initial reaction upon checking in was not great, I was told sharply the room was not yet ready, one receptionist was coming of as a little hostile while the other was happy to check to see if the room was ready - the other one said NO CHECK IN IS AT 2PM and was unwilling to even check the status of the room. I said as per their email to me you could request an early check in the day before your arrival and they would try to accomodate, which I did and was told sharply "well did we reply"?!, not the best first impression. Staff were not particular helpful either with local directions, recommendations but the hotel is beautiful and good value for money.

The Hotel was clean, very nice big comfortable bathroom. Breakfast good, reception 24 hour service and staff very friendly. Fast and early check in was much appreciated and request for upper floor room was granted. Comfy bed and nice big TV with a lot of stations. Kettle and coffee machine where provided plus tea and coffee and two small bottles of water.

The room could do with a little fridge. Brought it to the attention of one of the staff on checking out and was told that they are working on it. Small balcony in the room which we didn't bother using as it leads to an inner shaft and couldn't use my own wifi as reception was very weak but used free wifi provided by the Hotel hassle free.

Overall, the hotel was great. The staff were above and beyond helpful and very friendly. Our room was absolutely fantastic, very comfortable and clean. They offer water, coffee machine, and kettle for tea. There is also a small fridge. The hotel has two buildings, one you have the rooftop pool, it is a small, but well kept swimming enough to refresh yourself at the end of the day or during the hottest hours of the day. The other building is where the breakfast is served and also is the home of a delicious restaurant, Francie, we highly recommend. They have a bit of everything, so everyone is happy. We had a lovely experience. We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children 6 and 8 years old.

Overall, this was a great hotel and we would recommend it to anyone visiting Gozo. We will certainly be visiting again. The rooms were comfortable and the decor made for an inviting stay. The hotel is also pet friendly for anyone travelling with their furry companions. No on-site parking is provided however we didn't have any issues at any time of the day.

This hotel made for a very comfortable stay, however, I wouldn't necessarily book this hotel for the pool facilities. The pool is set on the roof, which offers a great view of the surrounding area, however, the pool itself is very small and shallow. Having said that, it makes for a refreshing dip after a day out sightseeing. The area surrounding the pool area does not appear to be finished however there are a number of sun loungers available for anyone wishing to relax by the pool. The provision of a small bar/ options to purchase drinks would be a welcome addition.

- the shower has no glass or door, so the water spills out, making the bathroom floor full of water, making it really annoying and uncomfortable - the bathrooms need some touches to make them feel warmer and meet the standard the rooms are offering - pillow was torn but immediately changed once I notified the reception

What an absolutely amazing experience at this hotel. Everything was superb, from initial contact with the establishment when making the reservation to the very end when checking out. This beautiful diamond had it all: professional and kind staff (amazing manager, owner and chef). The room was spotless and beautifully decorated (and they've thought of everything in the room). The food in the restaurant (Francie) was so tasty and the setting adorable. Breakfast was spot on. I HIGHLY recommend this place and will definitely come back soon.

Our stay at this hotel was an exceptional one. The hotel does not deserve a rating of 7.6 on booking.com as most of the complaints are unfounded. The staff was very friendly. The facilities were very clean. It was good value for money. Breakfast was very good. The room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was clean. There were all available amenities. Location was excellent because it is a quiet area yet very central in Gozo. The room was cleaned everyday. We stayed with our pet dog and the hotel was very welcoming and friendly towards our pet.

The food at the restaurant is not very good but I think this is actually used as a take away style place so it's more like junk food. Breakfast is good however. This is not the hotel's fault but it was very noisy at night, people in the room above me were running about slamming doors and listening to loud music til about 4 am.
