Rooms were spacious, great pools and best of all the Nobu restaurant.

People trying to sell me a timeshare. Every single day we were approached about the ‘residences’…we were sick off it. We barely sat down to check-in before we were getting the timeshare pitch. Lowers the tone of the whole place. When you are told no on day one…don’t pester me for the next 6. Also fireworks…love the fact that people celebrate weddings here but it feels like living in a war zone with explosions at 10.45 in the evening with no warning. no great for young families that don’t have a sound machine.

Impeccable. Excellent attention to detail, service was colossal. All the finer points that I had enjoyed in the Nobu restaurants I discovered in the Nobu resort as well. There is always a danger of being stuck with resort food because of its extreme location and it being subpar, but Nobu's restaurants were in a class all on their own. The pools were so beautiful -- everything was beautiful. It reminded me of some sci-fi one percenter paradise in a dystopian future, where at 3pm they had to lock the gates and secure the perimeter for the daily zombie rush. Ok I digress, but point is, this place is an experience.

We stayed four nights; the hotel's architecture and the gardens are phenomenal. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Pool areas are great, with lots of shade, and the staff and service are polite and attentive. The beach is easily accessible and beautiful; unfortunately, it is too dangerous to swim there, which is a pity. The hotel is located in a remote area, which has its advantages. However, being quite far from the Marina, where the restaurants and shops are, makes dining in one of the hotel restaurants almost a must if you don't want a long, bumpy drive to town. There are several restaurants on the hotel premises. The food and drinks are expensive, as expected. We dined in Nobu restaurant twice; the food was delicious, and the view from the terrace was spectacular, so good value for money.

Unfortunately, the other restaurants did not meet our expectations. The Mexican and poolside restaurant's menu was average, with little to choose from. As all the restaurants are expensive, we expected to have more imaginative, better food quality. We had a personal concierge, but the first reservation we made (for the Nobu restaurant) never actually got to the restaurant, causing embarrassment when we appeared there without reservation. The restaurant staff accommodated us, although the restaurant was bustling. The next day we tried to reserve a restaurant at the reception desk, and we were informed that our concierge would contact us, but he or she never appeared. It took three visits to the hotel reception desk to make a reservation.

The entire hotel was beautiful and the architecture is amazing. Everything was super clean and the staff were friendly. This place at night is so peaceful so take a night stroll to relax before bedtime. Go to Ardea restaurant because the food is excellent. Do yourself a favor and get the Wagyu lollipops 😋 Also, the French toast at Muna will change your life‼️I cannot wait to come back 🥰

My only complaint is the lighting in the room was very dim and isn't ideal for putting on makeup. Bring a ring light if you have one. I left mine home 🥴

This hotel is a work of art. The food is absolutely amazing. EVERY SINGLE MEAL ON PROPERTY IS AMAZING. The staff is amazing, I have never seen more staff at a hotel. There is always someone to help or get you something.

- pacific restaurant is not great, some dishes in Pacific and room service come with no side dish, you’re there literally eating a piece of chicken with nothing else, very weird and expensive for what you expect from nobu - more often than not you need to pray to have space in the pool and in the shade, people wake up early in the morning leave their stuff in the sun beds and disappear for hours, also not what you expect from a 5star hotel

The property is espetacular! The decoration and architecture follows a clean Asian minimalist style that really fits a property by the beach. Everything was clean, new. Every corner was planned to satisfy the guests. The restaurants are fantastic, so you can have a superb meal without leaving the hotel. Also, it’s not far from Los Cabos.

Despite being waterfront, the beach is not proper for swimming.

Its true that at check out i asked them why were they treating me so nice, i couldn`t understand it. Antonio our embassador was the best always checking on us and very usefull helping us getting reservations and very nice tables. I got an upgrade without any special reason in the room. and i even asked if there is like a "rewards or discounts" program cause id like to stay in this same group of hotels whenever i travel if the service is as excelent as in this hotel

Didn`t like that the restaurants are very but very expensive. literally prices that you would find in a 3 michelin restaurant.

Beautiful, serene, architecturally interesting resort. Loved that it was removed from the busy-ness of Cabo, but still within reach of everything. Excellent service -- the head of the Reception Desk, our "local ambassador" (Alfredo Olquin), and the extraordinarily warm baristas at the cafe (Selene and Cinthia) were especially lovely and helpful. We didn't catch his name, but the room service staffmember on night duty was extra sincere and fun -- we looked forward to our hot chocolate and churros late night snack every night. And oh! An Over-the-Top birthday surprise with cake and balloons was the best hotel treat we've ever seen.

A time-share or hotel residences promoter who greeted us initially got the welcome off to an awkward start by expressing her surprise that a single mother would be checking in with her college-age child -- Are you expecting someone? Where is your husband? You're single??!! But every single employee from that point forward was professional, warm, welcoming, and efficient. Given the diversity among the other guests, I left convinced that this one employee was an outlier.
