We loved everything! Jason and David were excellent hosts. English speaking. They helped us by providing hints about the area to enhance our exploring. Beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and beach towels all available free to use. The rooms were clean, quiet and uniquely designed. Lots of hot water and room cleaned everyday. The shared courtyard was magical with daily work done by the gardener. Hot tub available; even though we didn’t use it, other guests appeared to enjoyed the tub. The upstairs patio was lovely as well with spectacular views of the sunrise and a lovely hammock to enjoy during siesta. Continental breakfast was great. Hosts are very open for guests to bring their own food; guest had full use of the kitchen and outside BBQ all day. Large fridge in the kitchen can be used by guests, and also small fridges in each room. Large Filtered water dispensers provided so we could fill our reusable bottles to reduce plastic. Check out their website and Jason has uploaded videos of each room. Great location ; easy walk to many restaurants and to the La Ribera beach. Safe parking on the property. Monica (dog) and Theodora (cat) completed our fabulous trip by providing a real family embraced accommodation. We highly recommend this place and will stay there again.

My husband & I stayed here 2 nights and it was amazing. Our room was big, the shower was great, the breakfast was just what we needed, the courtyard area is pretty & the location was perfect for accessing both Santiago (cascadas sol de mayo) & Cabo Pulmo. What really made our stay was the hospitality - Jason & his Dad are super friendly & helpful. We chatted to Jason throughout our stay & really felt at home in his lovely B&B. Their puppy Monica is gorgeous too!

Our bed was a little soft. Aircon system was very loud but we managed without it.

We loved our stay at this quaint little BnB. The rooms and property were very clean and well maintained. The hosts (Jason and Dave) were superb; incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. We stayed for 6 days, and it felt like a home-away-from home, like we were spending time with extended family, rather than staying in a hotel. We will definitely return here!

This was beyond the control of the hosts, but the main street the property is located on was under construction. No access to the hacienda parking lot, and at times noise from the construction. This is temporary, so will not be a concern for others visiting once the work is completed.

Coffee is made and then you have access to the kitchen where there is cereal, yogurt, juice, breads and jam. You make it yourself, on your time schedule. If you want a bigger breakfast you could easily buy food and keep it in the refrigerator and make whatever you want.

It was exactly what we wanted and expected. This is a non fussy, no frills, casual, comfortable, quiet, safe, friendly and clean place. The price is very reasonable but rest assured the value is much higher. There is no pool but you are close to a great beach and there is beach equipment to borrow. It is perfect place to rest and use as a base to explore the surrounding area.

This is a lovely place! David and Jason are great hosts. We arrived later in the evening and David waited for us to check us in and show us around. We were allowed to use the kitchen on our own in the morning as our dives in Cabo Pulmo were scheduled early. Their very plushy cat Theodora paid us a visit every morning as well. The room was spacious, had AC, a ceiling fan, fridge, good shower pressure, comfortable bed and in the morning you can hear the roosters and cows - very peaceful. We'll be back.

The cleanliness of the room can be improved. The towels and sheets pilled a lot and every time after having a shower you were covered in lint. Same for the bed sheets after each night. The bathroom sink also needed a scrub.

Beautiful property with SO much character! We spent the majority of our time outside in the shared garden space and enjoyed the communal hot tub before bedtime. Short walk to several local restaurants and a five-minute drive to the beach – there was also a small grocery store (veggies, baked goods, alcohol, etc.) about 10 minutes away. Our host was super responsive via WhatsApp when we arrived earlier than expected and provided us with suggestions for several local excursions.

Our bathroom was not attached to our room but that seems very standard in accommodations throughout Mexico.

Jason, the owner, was really helpful with all my questions about visiting the area. The breakfast was unexpectedly good (prepared fruit? Ingredients to make my own yogurt parfaits??). The room was very comfortable and cleaned regularly. I really appreciated the complimentary beach chair/umbrella/snorkeling gear I was able to borrow too!

The room can get pretty bright in the morning, so bring an eye-mask if you're light-sensitive and plan to sleep in. On the flip side, I got up extra early one morning for a tour and was able to see the sunrise out of my bedroom window. So amazing!

Loved the quiet town, small scale hotel, friendly host and staff, the host dogs, and dining options around town. Jason was a great communicator and always had coffee brewing! The locals are also great! If you want party and all-inclusive, this is not it and we like it that way! Also, Room 4 has a new mattress!

Not one thing other than we didn't stay longer, will be back! This time, with a car! We took bus to Los Barilles and then 400 peso Uber to hotel.

It was like being welcomed into someone's home. Lovely, pleasant, gated place, beach not far. Kitchen was wonderful - again like sitting in someone's home. Mango trees, a hammock. This was just a stop on the way so I wish we could've stayed longer but they sent us out well in the early morning with coffee (even had to-go cups!) and cereal with milk.

the outdoor space was great and can be used to relax, or eat at anytime of the day. Jason the owner and the staff are making you feel at home. you can get access to the owner kitchen and outdoor cooking space if you want to prepare your own meal. the space is large enough to not feel crowded and get your own space. very comfortable beds ideal temperature. very clean; rooms and shared spaces cleaned everyday! great tips on what to do in the area.

The furniture are somewhat outdated. the room next to the shared kitchen can get noisy if people cook or take breakfast. (room 6)
