loved the concept, design, restaurant; more natural wine options would be nice

front desk requests 16% tip on entire stay upon check-in; we obliged but the level of service did not meet expectations; no one from front desk is going above and beyond to improve experience, for example not finding you to inform your room is ready, leaving you behind for an included activity when they know you were doing two consecutive activities which they booked you in to and were clearly 100m away finishing the first activity; no service recovery; beds were also not the most comfortable- mattresses, sheets and pillows were just ok

This is an absolutely special location and experience, from you moment you enter the property to the moment you check out. No detail has been overlooked. The architecture is stunning and the food is EXCEPTIONAL. Skip the tacky resorts in the other cities and come here, it’s worth it.

We had an incident while staying at the property but it was resolved by the upper management staff promptly. They were also incredibly apologetic and gracious in how they resolved the issue.

Such a stunning property! So tranquil and relaxing. the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. And the food is unlike anything you’ve ever had. Every single dish is delicious and special, with the freshest ingredients. I could go on forever about the food. the cocktails are also amazing!

The breakfast was so yummy, so many great options and very delicious for a breakfast that is included.

The bugs at dinner, it was very difficult to eat! Dinner also wasn’t my favorite, maybe I ordered the wrong things but I tried 3 things they were hard to finish to be honest and I really lovedd the hotel so much so I hate saying anything negative

We cannot express how much we loved our stay El Hotelito, the perfect combination of chic mixed with nature. Our room was spacious, came with a hammock and lounging area. We were greeted every morning with a nice breakfast of pastries and fruit to start our day. Everyone working at El Hotelito was so sweet and helpful, special thanks to Pancho for introducing us to the sweet animals Jenny has rescued including Colette the pig. The hotel is perfectly situated in between the beach and the town center with a short walk in each direction. We highly recommend experiencing this gem of a place for yourself.

The place is stunning and the staff was very personal and caring. The experiences super fun.

It's a new hotel and they are still getting their bearings. It was quite cold at night and there was no proper heating nor blankets available. Since there are no phones in the rooms, I would at least have some snacks, tea and coffee inside the room to be able to snack on and or prepare a tea so as not to have to exit and go to the restaurant to ask for something. It's quite inconvenient. It would be great to have access to pour your own tea or coffee in the morning at the common area. The restaurant is amazing but I didn't necessarily want to eat there at every meal and there was no other option that was less fancy.

The property is visually stunning. really a beautiful setting.

It is not practical in most ways. The pool can have like 20 people around it one time and it feels crowded.

The service was amazing. I could communicate with the front desk over WhatsApp and they were very attentive. The room and facilities were very clean and I enjoyed my stay a lot. The restaurants food was so delicious - best meal I had in Todos Santos.

To mention the extra costs for the experiences while booking it because I didn’t realise some had extra costs.
