the room size was perfect. there was no view from the room but once outside, it was beautiful. the Pool and jacuzzi were well kept. they had pool towels in the room. there was a Keurig coffee machine with two pods. they provided bicycles and it was perfect for morning exercise. furthermore, they gave us 400 pesos credit for use in our breakfast which covered most of our check! lastly, the rooms are updated and decorated to our liking

The hotel was beautiful and we loved the grapevines in the middle of the property. The food at the restaurant was good and the entertainment at night was a lot of fun. We loved the beautiful pool and the rooms were a good size.

There are smells coming from the septic/sewer system and it was especially bad in our room when we arrived because the back windows were left open. Once they were closed, the smell was gone but we would sometimes smell it as we walked through the hotel property.

The location was perfect. The resort is in the heart of Valle, close to the wineries. It was easy to get to the destination. The staff were very nice and hospitable.

Unfortunately, our TV couldn't connect to the wifi but we had been out by the firepits until late, so it wasn't a big deal, but it should have been checked.

Staff was great. The setting was unique with grapevines everywhere. The restaurant was exceptional. I would go back.

We had a coffee maker but no coffee. The staff provided upon request. Location is a little out of the way.

The rugs beside the bed were very slippery on the floor. It seemed like a person could get hurt if it slipped out from under you.

The hotel is very quaint and hospitable. The staff, especially the restaurant are very helpful, friendly and knowledgable. Even with a large wedding party dinner going on, the service was excellent.

Check out is a bit slow since housekeeping needs to check for lost or broken items.

Everything about Ojo Azules was A-1.

My only concern is how soon can I return to enjoy a terrific resort.

Amazing resort! Super clean and the staff is so friendly. Would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the Valle! All the wineries are within 5-10 min of Ojo Azul! The breakfast was awesome as well.

Not many vegetarian options on the menu but the staff is accommodating and will try and meet your dietary preferences!
