Everyone very friendly and professional. EXCEPT for the young woman at the concierge desk.

Girl at concierge desk TOTALLY USELESS. I have no idea what she is paid to do. When I asked about visiting La Lobera, the site where there are sea lions, she looked at me as if I had 15 heads. She acted as if I had asked to book a tour with Elon Musk to go to Mars. She was a rude sourpuss and a total Sangroncita. Despite her unpleasantness, the hotel is a fabulous, untouched jewel. I would absolutely return, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

We are water people so the access to the beach was a big plus for us. The hotel's facilities were more than we expected and the daily housekeeping made an extended stay very comfortable. The staff was fantastic and we made friends easily with the staff who were willing to try their English and helped us with our Espanol! We asked the bartender to watch our van for we had windsurf boards on the top and they were willing to accommodate our wishes.

Security! We were harassed every day when parking our car on the hotel grounds close to the beach so we can unpack our gear and keep an eye on our van. The drive,...was mostly a 2 lane road with lots of traffic, especially in the small towns. Also, we went when the winds were gusting to where sand was blown everywhere (our poor car). Because of the very high winds, paddleboarding was near impossible and only my husband could windsurf (but for short periods). Also, it was sad to see the deserted conference room building.

There were many staff who were all super friendly, helpful, and attentive. The hotel is on a beautiful, very long stretch of beach. When we were here in June, it was quite windy. However, there were many shells and easy swimming. Across the bay is a national park with volcano cinder cones and an oyster farm. It was a wonderful opportunity to explore the local area. We will come back if we're ever in this area again. Muchas gracias!

I've been driving Down to Todos Santos and back for the past 6 or so years with a friend and her 2 dogs. This year without any notification we were charged $44 per night per dog which is completely outrageous. You no longer would be considered a pet friendly hotel. The room was 1750 per night and the dogs 1600. We will not be staying there in the future

Maybe my opinions are not well calibrated as this is my first visit to Mexico, but this place was great! It's right on the beach in a very quiet area that feels far from civilization, in the serene middle of nowhere. But it's actually quite close to many amenities. There are lots of activities nearby, like whale watching, that I didn't have time to enjoy. Also, the restaurant's very good.

I LOVE the location. You have million dollar views and a beach to yourself. The restaurant is also pretty good. You can't beat the value. This is our second time here and we plan on coming many more times. This place is great if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Most of the guests are retired folk, but we found it perfect for our kids who are happy hiking and enjoying the beach. There are also inactive volcanos to explore nearby and if you hike/drive to the right spot, you can spot a dolphin or two.

They don't have decaf in the room and be aware that they will clean your room everyday and replenish everything whether you have the privacy sign or not. They wait until you go out but it did catch us off guard.

My family and I loved how private and secluded this hotel is. We were at walking distance to the beach and had beach views from our rooms. The food and service was great. The bar at night was wonderful! We will definitely come back again.

The hot water ran out fast but once we notified them, it was rectified right away!

The ocean view was amazing! The onshore breezes delighful, but understandably damp. Early morning fog was expected and definitely coated everything with moisture. The grounds were clean and well kept.

The lack of refrigerators in the rooms should be considered.

Friendly staff. Nice facility. Nice oceanfront location. Particularly nice restaurant. Quiet (at least for the one night I was there).

Nothing. Though be aware that it might seem a bit "in the middle of nowhere," as it's in a rural area and you drive down a straight & somewhat rutted road and then it suddenly appears!

On-site restaurant is wonderful. Beautiful, well prepared, delicious and fresh dishes. All served by a caring, attentive staff. Accomodations comfortable, clean and spacious. Private balconies with ocean views. The grounds and all buildings are well maintained and clean. Easy, free parking. Friendly, helpful staff.
