The quietness and privacy about the place.
No parking lot per se. The advertisement says private parking, but in reality they lease a parking garage from the neighboring hotel. You are only allowed one entry and exit per day, anything more and it's on your dime. My wife and I felt like hostages since the parking rates at this garage are quite steep.

The location of the hotel is great if you do not have a car
There is a lot of traffic and you are not told where to park. I had to go around and let my husband down to find out where to park. the process to park was super complicated! If you need to come in and out with your car, give yourself enough time
