I love this property

I loved everything about the property. My only issue is this app that confirmed me a room, I called the 800 number for the Hotel and I was advised by the person that my reservation was canceled for non payment when this app does not allow me to pay for the room in advance. I was told by the front desk that they no longer take reservations from the company OYÓ. I was informed from the front desk that I had book a room from her and I had to pay more than what I reserved the room for. I was very upset with this process.

I have been traveling to Piedras Negras for the past 3 years on a regular basis. All the time I have stayed at Los herederos and the breakfast buffet is very good! It was superb 2 years ago, a lot of variety, fresh fruit, etc. Now you have to pay extra for barbacoa and menudo but still is very good considering other hotels are more expensive and don't offer breakfast.

The breakfast could be better like before. Now there is not too much selection to choose from. The rooms don't have water bottles as a courtesy like before and there is only one towel in the shower, you have to ask for more.

Friendly staff, Could have been a little better with cleaning but overall it was way cleaner than other places I've stayed at..Priceing was amazing for the quality of the rooms!! 4th floor view was great over seeing the town! Big plus with the courtesy breakfast which was very good by the way and the restaurant staff was amazing and attended to us very well. The bar and restaurant were also a big plus for us..very convenient for someone who doesn't go out much and rather stay in. Room service was great for our dinner we ordered as well as drinks!! Housekeeping ladies were very sweet and attentive to our needs. Over all id give this place a 9 out of 10 and thats only because the wifi was horrible. Really wished we could have used the gym but was closed due to covid which was very understandable. Thank you to this hotel and all staff who made our stay very comfortable! Keep up the great work we enjoyed our stay here very very much!!

Staff were very friendly and efficient. The room was comfortable with a good air conditioning unit. Clean bathroom and shower, without any issues getting hot water.

I booked into a smoking room but was originally given a non smoking room, reception sorted this out very quickly for me. However having seen the non smoking room 1st I noticed quite a difference in the cleanliness and upkeep between the 2 rooms. I guess it's the price we smokers pay as the linen appears to be the older linen and the carpets were much more worn out in the smoking room.

the people are always friendly

I have stayed her several time because I enjoy the staff . I have noticed that as far as the rooms go they do not give you 2 towels anymore even for couples. Also they need a do not disturb sign. Housekeeping knocks on the door in the morning even if we are staying another day.

no towels in room ,no water pressure on the over head in the shower very little water coming out to take shower no blow dryer in room sheets where dirty so I sleep on top of them didn’t cover at all

The room rate was amazing. The staff are wonderful, The food was outstanding. We felt welcomed and safe to be at this Hotel.

Some staff members could be more friendlier and approachable. Customer Service is very important in an industry where you have competitors that want to steal your business. The cook was amazing and very friendly, He took the effort to have a dialogue with the customers.

Very clean large rooms; Housekeeping does an excellent job! Breakfast is a la carte and all restaurant staff is extremely pleasant y attending!
