Casa Rosada was the perfect choice for my first visit to SMA. My driver was able to drop me off steps from the entrance, and Manuel was there to greet me with a warm smile. Traveling solo, to a new city, that initial connection is so important. Manuel was very patient and understanding. The staff was there to assist with anything I needed. Erika greeted me each morning at CR’s amazing breakfast in the garden area. And even though I departed at 5:20 am, there was someone there to help me get luggage to the lobby and wait for my driver to arrive. The location is great for a first time visitor. No matter where I wandered to, I knew where “home” was.

My stay being over the NYE celebration, I was not put out by the revelry. However, if a quiet location is what you desire, having one of the most popular restaurants/cocktails bars RIGHT across from your balcony, might not be for you. I simply smiled and let the club beat of ABBA and The Bee Gees lull me to “sleep”.

This was the second time my mom and I stayed here. We love it! Perfect location directly behind the main square & Parroquia, delicious made to order breakfasts (included), very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful hotel overall with many sitting areas around fountains and gardens. The hotel is full of character and you can feel the history there. We wish we could live there lol.

Casa Rosada was a perfect place to stay for our trip to San Miguel. The location absolutely cannot be beat . The view from the rooftops is amazing. The breakfast (included) every morning was delicious and the people who worked at the hotel were so kind and helpful. Would highly recommend staying here , we will definitely be staying here when back !

The only two things I would caution - the wifi speed wasn't too great and because you are so close to the town square you will hear the bells every morning. If you're a light sleeper , consider ear plugs :) Besides those two things everything was absolutely perfect

Absolutely perfect. Authentic Mexican, best location-a block from the Jardin, galleries and 3 excellent restaurants on the same street, immaculate,, full delicious breakfast in a lovely setting, beautiful interior grounds, and charming room with terrific hot shower. Would absolutely stay here again.

The location can't be beat, it is within steps of the cathedral and main square. The service was amazing, there were two gentleman that helped us carry our luggage up the stairs and to our room, and did the same on our way out. Breakfast was delicious with good options to choose from, and was set in a beautiful courtyard. The young waiter was very kind and attentive. Our room was spacious and comfortable, we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location, steps to the parroquia and town square. Rooms are even bigger than pictured. The grounds are picture perfect, like being in a fairytale. The staff are beyond friendly and make you feel really welcome. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone!

Location is perfect. The staff is so friendly and attentive and the hotel is perfect. Not too opulent, but just right to be a perfect staging area for San Miguel.

A small pool would be ideal for summer months, but no pool was fine in October.

The hotel is really nice, very well taken care of. The breakfast was delicious. What I like the most was the service. The entire staff was super friendly and accommodating. The manager, Manuel, was very helpful with our questions and requests. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect. It is down the street from one of the main plazas. The street was closed off to traffic. The courtyard where a made to order scrumptious breakfast, fresh squeezed orange juice or a green drink was served had amazing views. Flowers everywhere. The staff was friendly and attentive. The front desk clerk made arrangements for us to get COVID tested at the hotel. That was not included in the rate. We payed for that out of pocket.

There was no coffee in the room. No coffee station in lobby for those of us who wake up early with a craving for coffee. The kitchen opened at 8AM. The coffee shops outside opened even later.
