Wonderful breakfast variety - cooked to order - very good price. Staff was wonderful. Very pleased with all. I would highly recommend others to have breakfast there.

Having mentioned that we had elders with knee issues - would have liked room closer to entrance. We were on the first floor which is ramped and lower the second floor. Second floor is more at entrance level. We where charged extra for our child even though on the app. I had placed child info and age and they said I should have been charged for an additional person. I explained that this was not correct because I had placed all information before reserving.

The location and facilities are good; the staff is friendly and always willing to help. It is good if traveling with pets.

They changed the breakfast price overnight and offered no alternatives; we needed to find another place; the breakfast was not that good for the overprice they settled.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful grounds, flowers, grass and pool. Very relaxing atmosphere. Easy to walk to shops and stores.

We only received two bottles of water per day. There wasn't a coffee machine or tea kettle in the room. There wasn't a small fridge in the room. There should have been free coffee, tea, and water in the reception area instead of having to pay for a cup of coffee in the morning.

All of the staff members were very helpful and welcoming. The hotel was exactly as expected. The lobby is a nice community area and the pool was great too. Location is wonderful, easy walking distance to just about everything. Our rooms were clean and the cleaning service every day was great. This hotel is great value for the rate.

They are very efficient and we got into the room ahead of time. I have always liked the beautiful grounds, and it seems more family centered now. The breakfast was enormous, but the price was not what I expected. Booking said 8 dollars but it was 17 at least.

No door to bathroom area., so not so private for two people. I wish there had been larger bottles of purified water. and better/more places to put luggage on.

The hotel was lovely, the pool and outside area are beautiful. The location is wonderful for walking to resstaurants and seeing the city. The staff were quite helpful- speaking Spanish is a big advantage! The room was fine and clean- and the balcony was a bonus!!!

The lobby was magnificent. Huge...even an area to play pool. The swimming pool was lovely...with plenty of comfy beach towels. Bed and bedding was excellent.

The breakfast situation needs work. We were given a menu and made our selections. By then we had spent fifteen minutes. We were then told we could only have eggs. One friend is a vegan so had to pay for his breakfast. Not enough serving staff for number of people. Our waiter tried his best. Tlhere should have been a menu for "breakfast included" including vegan option.. Breakfast took an hour. Only glitch. Enjoyed our stay.

The food was good. The location of the restaurant is excellent it’s open with a nice view and lots of fresh air. The staff is very helpful

We did not like their outside drinks policy. We brought a bottle of wine to enjoy at the garden and we were told we needed to pay them a fee if we opened the bottle there.

over priced, underwhelming breakfast buffet. poor, scant shower amenities. no trash can in sleeping quarters. ground floor rooms with sliding doors have no screens or security locking system

I lived in Los Frailes for 10 years. Had a dentist in SMA that I liked. I came for a dentist appointment and stayed two nights at the hotel. Room was comfortable and breakfast was good?

For me everything was fine.
