Excellent facility, the pool is just what you need to have a good time, the gym has enough privacy and the seats near of the lobby to read or just to have a drink let you relax to continue enjoying. For my is excellent the location because is enough near to the highway to drive to the airport or Silao event to drive to Leon and visit the commercial zone.

The coffee kit needs to be bigger and should include the strongest coffe mix.

The room was spacious with a small kitchenette, small refrigerator and stovetop. We didn't need it but it's good to know. The wifi was good. The breakfast was very good, and substantial. The grounds and open areas are very attractive and spacious. And the hotel is very close to the Leon airport. We will definitely stay here in the future, when we have an early flight.

We had problems with our keys not working.

I like that it's close to the airport, they have a decent breakfast and the beds are comfy.

They missed a few spots in the cleaning and I don't like that was charged extra for 2 people. I thought I had reserved a room for 4, since it was two beds and a pull out sofa. The pull out sofa had dirty sheets, they did come a change them, but I've stayed here before and it seems like cleaning has scaled off.

Very comfortable and spacious room. It is only a short 10-15 minute drive to the airport and they provided shuttle service. They also provided a box lunch for my flight!

It would have been nice if they provided water bottles in the room. There is a restaurant next to the lobby but there are no signs or any way of knowing it is there. Some signage would be really helpful.

The patio are was relaxing, the room service was very good, and the happy hour was a nice surprise.

Access to the site was unfortunate from the airport. The hotel is almost directly across the street, but you have to go five minutes away, u-turn and come back. The parking lot is the first thing you see, and the hotel does not look inviting from the street. Thankfully, it was nice inside and the pool area is inviting.

No water provided to make coffee! All the 3 Staff at the main desk need to be more Customer Service Oriented. They were either “Blah,” or “I’m too good to help you and your interrupting my cell phone conversation,” type of people on desk.

The breakfast room was dark and empty when we were told it would be available at 7AM We sat in the dark and waiting and there was no coffee juice or food for about 20 minutes. the fruit we finally got was excellent, the coffee was watered down, the eggs not too bad.

The dinner and breakfast were very bland and simple and few options.

We loved our room. Only stayed for a night so didn’t get a chance to explore the hotel fully. Space was great and roomy, we appreciated the kitchen area and had a great night’s rest. The breakfast buffet was pretty tasty too.

Located very close to BJX with excellent shuttle service to the airport. Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was large, clean and comfortable, and food was acceptable.

To our knowledge there are no restaurants near the hotel but we did get a decent dinner in the hotel which is served until 10 pm.

Location was great. Five minutes from the airport. We appreciated that there was a shuttle available at 4:00 AM from the hotel to the airport. That was very convenient.

We had to leave at 4:00 AM to catch an early morning flight from the airport, so, unfortunately breakfast was not available at that hour. However, we did have our evening meal at the hotel restaurant. The food was adequate.
