Location was safe, great, staff were excellent, helpful, and room was enormous too. Easy access to water filter to refill as needed, and good house keeping service too. Room had refrigerator, cooktop, crockery and cutlery.

The food from room service wasn't great and didn't provide good value for money. Location was a bit far from the city center, but that provided the safety as well and community looked very good.

The word "suite" for us meant an extra sink, refrigerator, and microwave. I assumed from photos that there would be some extra room. Perhaps that is the minimum to be called a "suite".

The studio was lovely and the bed very comfortable. My dog was welcomed there with bed and food bowls already in the room. There was a terrace where I could take my dog to do his business and he was welcome in the restaurant

I wasn't told about the terrace on arrival and there was no place to comfortably walk my dog. The terrace had no spot allocated for dogs so mine ended up peeing on the rug. The temperature control in the room didn't operate correctly or I wasn't told how to use it. It would go down to 15 degrees during the night! No coffee provided in the room.

They need to put complimentry coffee and tea in the rooms for the guests, also the method of putting drinking water in jugs is not so decent. That's the only thing I found missing.

Excellent place to stay if you need to be in the Santa Fe area of Mexico City. My apartment was very nice, big, comfortable, and everything worked well (wifi, a/c, cable, etc.). The staff was great and the breakfast next door was good. The location is great, just a 5 minutes walk to the Santa Fe mall, with all the restaurants, shops and supermarkets you might need. I will definitely stay here again.

The room was very clean and the bed was Uber comfortable. I loved that the view of Santa Fe from my bed.

It wasn’t ideal for a solo traveler like me because there was no cute cafes, restaurants (except La Hijas La Tostadas, which had exceptional food and service) or groceries stores nearby. However, I loved the hotel itself.

everything! it was absolutely gorgeous nice view modern rooms huge windows easy comfortable kitchen in the room friendly staff. restaurant right outside (wish was inside and with more variety,) good quality food. i was able to book Covid test before my flight directly in the hotel and get tested in my room. awesome and convenient.

a little distant from historical center but taxi are good prices so I didn’t mind it at all!

Very helpful staff, great location, extremely clean, fast internet, cold a/c, and hot showers.

The breakfast options were very limited because of the pandemic, my partner had a hard time finding anything they liked. There was one evening that someone threw a party on the terrace, the music didn't stop until almost 1AM.
