Perfect location for a 5:30 am kayak excursion in the chinampas of Xochimilco. It's a 15 minute walk to Cuemanco embarcadero. The room was big and comfortable. Very quiet and nice helpful staff. As some customers already pointed out it doubles as a "love hotel" and maybe not suitable for families. But it's perfect for solo travelers or a couple, obviously!

We took this acommodation to be close to the Xochimilco lake for doing kayaking during the sunrise and was perfect location.
They have a radio and it didn’t works

The room was incredibly spacious, comfortable and felt very safe. The food was also amazing as were the staff of the hotel. The checking in and out was very smooth too.
Maybe not suitable for children as we realised once we’d arrived that it was in fact a love hotel.

Best place I've stayed in 5 years of traveling, granted it turned out to be a motel directed at sex 😄 but i had some friends over without an issue, and it was super comfortable and spacious, I can definitely recommend, even for a solo traveler tired of hostels 👌👌👌

Beautiful hotel, great large rooms, excellent restaurant, very clean.
Didn’t know it was a sex hotel. Big sign out front offering 4 hour special rates. 7-11 next door, but no neighborhood, no shops near, had to take ubers everywhere.
