I like the staff there; very helpful and courteous. The beds are comfortable and relaxing. The interior of the hotel is inviting. I would recommend to stay here again. Thank you to the staff there.

The tiles above the shower are a bit dirty and have spots. There were no wash clothes to shower with. Vending machines would help. The fountains did not have water in them to see how they worked. The scenery is a must. Thank you again.

We were in Mexico City for a wedding. It was also the same weekend of a Formula 1 race, and that affected a lot. We stayed here at the suggestion of the Bride. The hotel was very nice, the staff were first rate, and the food was fantastic! The room size was generous, the AC/Heat was nice, and the beds were very comfortable. My wife said several times that this was the best hotel we have stayed in with all of our 20+ trips to Mexico. There is a very, very nice mall across the major highway, that is very upscale, very large, and very safe. My wife liked it also. We were happy to see a Sears store still open, it was the nicest we had been in and reminded us both of our younger years. We did not use the pool which looked pretty, the gym , or visit any of their evening clubs. It is a large complex but is designed well. I loved all the art!

Location was very close to a major traffic artery, a little noisy, but not in our room. Location didn't encourage much in getting out and walking around, like I love to do. Like lots of older hotels the facilities needs more attention to upkeep. Couches and chairs need repair. Plumping needs a little attention and some linens were a little thread bare. Wifi was working but not strong. I missed not having a coffee maker in the room and a coffee bar downstairs would have been nice. However, the restaurant opens at 7, but I'm up at 5.

Love my Suite! The Staff! The food! Everything

There is no bar, everything is in the same place that we have breakfast, lunch and dinner. You should have a proper bar for a beautiful hotel

The rooms was available a few hours earlier than the expected check-in time, and it was given to us straight away without extra charges which was very handy for us, the bathroom was very clean, and Lino from concierge kindly explained to us how the appliances in the room were working.

Even though the room was very comfortable and clean, it didn't have a few amenities that were described in the description of the room at the time of booking such as a tea and coffee station, bathrobes and slippers, apart from that everything was very nice

I have stayed here so many times every time I write a review that Booking.com asks me to write I feel like I am shilling for the place. I am not, I can just seriously say that it's a great hotel, period.

Nothing, really. I know you ask for 2-3 sentences so I am really just filling up the space. Basically it's a great hotel in a fantastic location that has all you may need.

Facilities and staff were good.

Terrible location without a car. Business hotel, not a place to stay if you're a cultural traveler.

the food is excellent, it’s quiet, the staff is kind, if you have to stay at the south of the city this hotel is excellently. room service is 24 hours, and it has a little groceries store so you don’t have to go out.

everything is good here. it’s not a modern hotel but everything is really good and also clean.

I think the rooms could have an update but still they're clean and ok. Breakfast /brunch was good, not great.

one day my children wanted to sit in the restaurant and order some cereal and they weren't allowed so they had to go to the room and order room service which took a long time so we had to leave before it got there so they couldn't eat before leaving. That was not OK

I can think of nothing that would make consider less than an excellent feedback. Everything was as it should be and everyone did what they were supposed to do. IF I were really picky I'd complain about the shower curtain in my room (1110) being a little short and I would mention the bread in the restaurant was not as good as others I have stayed at..

The size of the room is always "Royal Perfect"

During 19 years I have been a loyal-weekly-guest and I prefer room is the 4th or 5th floors facing towards Jardines de la Montaña. This time they placed me in a room facing the pool (east) and morning sun is always a major problem for me.
