The room and bed was okay.

I didn't like that check-in time took longer than usual. I spent over 30 minutes at the front desk trying to check in and had quite a number of people behind me waiting for the same thing. Also, having to buzz a driver through the gate is inefficient as the receptionist does not look before they buzz you in due to the workload. So they might as well just take it off .

very convenient for me, nice helpful staff, very small but comfortable rooms, good bed excellent breakfast, good parking. several places to eat within short walking distance and the dining room has a microwave available to warm food if you like.

some things need updating or replacing, like carpet and furniture. also on the last 2 visits there has been a very bad sewage smell outside. inside the hotel its fine but outside is very strong.

Great service. Comfortable and clean facilities. Nice breakfast with good selection of food. Convenient to airport on free shuttle.

Our reservation wasn't in the hotels system but was in the Marriott system. Took a little while to find it. The clock in the room was about 20 minutes slow. We realized it just two minutes before the shuttle was leaving for the airport. We will always check hotel room clocks from now on,!

I loved that my room was on the first floor and it had a single bed just for me. I was traveling alone, and being a female traveling alone is a little scary at times. I didn't mention anything to the hotel staff but it's like they knew. They gave me a room on the first floor super close to the front desk so I felt super safe. The room was a single person room with just enough space for me. I thought it was perfect for my one night stay before my flight. Breakfast in the morning was great and they gave me a ride to the airport. I will totally recommend this hotel to my friends and family traveling to Monterrey airport area.

The room was very spacious, and clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just at check-in and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great I would recommend it to friends, and will definitely stay again

I stayed there at the end of November last year and the carpet in the hall in the second floor looks terrible it’s still there I do not understand why they don’t replace it maybe the other floors are as bad as that but all in all a very pleasant stay

The staff is fantastic. They help with everything they can and the check-in process is super easy. The free breakfast is very decent, and it's close to a lot of restaurants and a 7-eleven. There are also banks nearby, and it was a free shuttle service. It's also worth noting that if you arrive in a car, you can leave it there and they can take care of it while you're away.

I think the A/C needs some maintenance. I also wish there were more lights inside the room and not lamps, but that's just a personal preference.

The hotel was very good, it is in a great location and if you are only going to sleep here then it is great. The staff was amazing at every point of our stay. It probably needs some renewing (which they are doing) but other than that, good price/value ratio.

I think the hotel is a little outdated, however it is clean and in a great location.

I liked the cleanliness of the room, comfortable beds, and the friendly staff. It's also good for a stopover since it's close to the airport

the halls outside the rooms are filthy and the carpet looks like it came out of a horror movie and the air conditioning in the rooms is very noisy and old. The hotel is not worth the price they charge.
