Beautiful modern large hotel with vibrant wall murals. Impeccably clean spacious rooms with large shower that was hot and had good water pressure. Good air con. Comfy beds and pillows. Large beautiful gardens with mango trees full of fruit. Huge restaurant with delicious meals. Definitely recommend.

Despite it being no kids, loud screaming children in the pool - very loud in the room. They were having fun but very noisy.

The pool is definitely the stand out feature. Beds were comfortable and the room was cleaned daily. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly.

The location is very far away from town. The breakfast was average, not much choice for vegetarians. Annoying that we had to pay for our children’s breakfast too. We were actually refused a menu when we requested one, which is frustrating as our spoken Spanish is limited and it would have helped to see a menu. Instead we paid over the odds for something our daughters didn’t really want.

Location was OK, but far from any city center, really need a car to do anything . Wifi was OK , neighbourhood was OK, rooms were OK and clean. The bathroom needed an update . The breakfast was in a typical hotel restaurant , hardly any atmosphere ! Food was good though ! Parking was OK .

One could see that the hotel was quite old already, but for one night the hotel was perfect ! Hotel is used predominantly by bus companies for their guests .

Dinner at restaurant was not very good, but the breakfast was great. Location was great. I picked this place to be away from noise.

Hard to find reception! Needs a sign outside showing where it is. If I hadn't booked it , I would have assumed it was closed!

Close to ADO. Great pool and nice grounds. Good for playing with children. Great price. Quiet. Staff let us check out at 5pm as we had a late afternoon bus. Very kind of them as we had a fun day at the pool. Restaurant was decent.

That it was pretty quiet. It was just the time of year I feel.

I like the breakfast was included. It was a very complete meal with delicious taste.

We only spent half a night here because of bus departure times in the middle of the night. It's rather a strange hotel, as it's huge, built like a resort hotel, but doesn't look as though it often has more than a handful of guests. Staff are helpful (can summon a taxi in the middle of the night) and restaurant is OK, as are the rooms.

bathroom could be bigger. Hardly any guests and the whole place look a little too quiet.

We stopped here on our way from Tuxtla to Oaxaca. This hotel was a real surprise in the middle of nowhere. Wonder pool area, good breakfast and reasonably priced.

The rooms were a bit outdated

Loved the pool and grounds. Close to bus station. Slept well. It was dated but comfortable. Allowed late check out.

Restaurant is overpriced. After the expense and time to travel between Chiapas and Oaxacan coast (Huatulco or Puerto Escondido) it’s worth it to fly next time!
