Everything! We loved the ambiance, the food was delicious and a big surprise! We had a massage and it was fantastic! The staff was friendly and kind!

Only the pillows and the bed were uncomfortable for me, very hard but besides that we loved the place!

The restaurant is an amazing surprise, the food is spectacular and at great prices. The SPA services are superb , totally recommendable. Going back soon for these two things.

Although the rooms are very nice, they lack views, but inside they are great

The room was clean and spacious, the bed large and super comfy. TV worked and the internet was fast. Free parking and a short drive to town where you will find dozens of great restaurants. The hotel also has a restaurant but we did not try it out.

Booked a massage but it was done in a room in front of the pool meaning screaming children :( If you book a massage make sure you are given the room inside the spa.

It was some how relaxing except for the no noise coming from the pumps…

Bedding not good; VERY hard pillows and cardboard-like comforter. So new, our room was unfinished. Twine ties on the curtains. One small broken garbage can. Coffee maker without coffee. These seem like small things, but for the price, they need to do better.

The hotel seems to be new, all the facilities are very modern, well taken care of, everything super clean, the rooms are modern decorated, beds are comfortable. The jacuzzi was top, always so nice warm and we were allowed to use it at night.

On the last day of our stay we had breakfast at the hotel restaurant and although the dishes were very good and presented in a very creative way, they didn’t have the basics though, like bread or black pepper. We also had an “incident”: the house shoes of my sister got “lost”. She left them inside the room next to the door and when we came back at night they were not there anymore, we looked everywhere in the room and they were missing. We informed the reception about this and they said they are going to ask next morning the cleaning lady. Next morning we went out for breakfast, asked at the reception again and they said the cleaning lady didn’t see them…but they asked us if they could check the room again after we make the check-out. So, we went up again to the room, and “MAGICALLY” the shoes appeared in one drawer. This experience makes me think very bad about the cleaning lady trying to steal something from our room, and the worst is the receptionist trying to cover up for her instead of saying sorry, they were by mistake within the laundry or something…
