The lady at the desk was very friendly. The room exceeded expectations, very good value for the price I paid. And the best shower I've seen so far in our 2.5 months here. We'll definitely come back here. Only a 2 minute walk down the road (turn right) there's the loveliest little vegan restaurant, with amazing food, cheap, great drinks and juices and very friendly staff. We got 'stuck' for the night in Cancun, but our stay at Gaby made more than up for it.

There is really nothing not to like. It's a simple, clean, hotel. If you want a lot of luxury and beach view, you'll need to go elsewhere. But for a good night sleep, in a lovely, clean bed, a good shower, and a good price, then go here.

Great staff, even managed to find us an adapter (we came with EU chargers and forgot to buy adapters in advance). Safe parking in the garage, clean room, big bad. In general very good for such a low price.

The district itself doesn't look very nice, however it seemed to be safe - we walked to the hotel at night and haven't faced any problems. Also not far from center, there are cafes/restaurants in the walking distance. Breakfast included in the price is not very reach, however you can order many different meals extra, the prices are very affordable.

Good location and quiet, nice staff, big room, good beds, decent shower, bus r6 runs along the same road which takes you all the way to puerto Juarez to go to isla mujeres.

Little bit run down but it is still clean. The shower was fine but not much pressure. Beds were fine but pillows not so good. Lumpy.

The location, it was very clean , the staff very nice and breakfast was good and very close to a hospital. My husband has asthma and we went for a doctors appointment and we only walked 2 blocks to the doctor's office.

No elevator, no towels in the room or water to drink. I had to walk to a convenient Store to buy water.

Excellent location, close to restaurants and craft fairs. The attention was good and all the areas are quite clean.

The staff is very limited, they don't have an elevator for people with disabilities and they don't have a transport service, although there is a bus station about 20 minutes away. There's no buffet breakfast, but you have a la carte option.

Good value for money if you're looking for a short stay

The whole building smelled like cigarette smoke even though it isn't allowed to smoke in the hotel. Clearly some guests were not respecting this rule. Our room didn't smell though.

1-available free and fresh water for clients, this was really a plus considering the high temperatures 2-personnel very helpful and supportive with foreigners 3-good quality-price level 4-spacious toilette 5-facilities minimal but well organized

1-too much light entering in the morning in the room 2-walls not isolated and rumors from other rooms quite loud

Good location, friendly staff, hot rain shower, good ac, proper wifi.

The double bed was too small. A double bed in a hotel room should at least be 1.60 meters, but preferably wider. Also, the breakfast, although it was nice, we didn’t have that much choice.

I like that it was quiet and within a short walk from ADO, supermarkets, coffee shops, a fruit shop, and a park with street food and attractions for children. The staff was always welcoming and smiley!

The location is great ! Walking distance to restaurants and the market (the gym, money exchange …) very easy to park

The smell of the room and the noise - I had no internet at all the staff gave me the wrong one …
