Awesome price, big room with huge bed, free cofee and water available on the reception, everything close by walk(ADO central Bus station, mall, market, streetfood, restaurants) around 10-15 minutes. Free parking available, own bathroom, air condition, fridge, pool.

No luggage storage, beach far without car, rare cleaning

- Good location, a good and quiet district - Daily cleaning - Comfortable bed and good smart TV (with YouTube) - Attentive staff - No insects at all

- No fridge in rooms, however it is listed among hotel facilities. - Very dark and humid room. Windows are curtained and there is no way to open them - Cleaning staff wakes you up at 10.00 am by knocking on the door. You'd better ask a receptionist not to disturb you until a desired hour. - Regular Wifi. It keeps disconnecting every 10 min. - Old sewer system - It lacks extra security on the hotel's territory. They do not control who enters the hotels' patio, the gates were always open. - At check-in, I was told that there was no common room where I could boil some water or prepare a cup of coffee. At check-out, it turned out that actually there was one

The rooms are large, comfortable and have great A/C. It is located away from the touristy neighborhoods which gives you more of a sense of local life than the main downtown area or the hotel zone. There are also many outstanding local restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. We stayed at a Soy Local in Guatape, Colombia last summer and really enjoyed it so we thought we'd give this location a chance.

The WIFI in our room hardly worked but the signal in the lobby was good enough. It's not a very central location which could be a downside depending on what you are looking for.

The Staff was very nice and helpful. There was free water and coffee available. The room had everything we needed and also had additional blankets (not only sheets) which were very helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The pool was not clean, so we didn't use it. The location was a bit far from the town centre and ADO (about 25min walking) which is not too far, but with the heat, it feels very far!

Wonderful hotel at a perfect location. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast is outstanding. We would go back and recommend it to anyone. Excellent price-value ratio with clean and a nice, spacious rooms. A hidden gem, really.

I expected the staff to speak English but they did not. I can understand if it's hard to find English-speaking staff, but they should inform accordingly on Booking.com

A bit further from the centre, only accepted cash (it was ok for us and they also sent email in advance which is plus)
