Spacious room. Good shower pressure. Comfortable bed. Enjoyed spending time on the balcony for morning tea and evening wine. All the staff where friendly and welcoming. Special shout out to Lupe and to Eduardo for telling me good local places to eat.

I would have gotten more use from a coffee maker in the room rather than a microwave. The decor was a bit generic. Would have preferred a more Mexican vibe. And cushions on the balcony seating would be more comfortable. Also strange to see a drying thing inside the room and only a single dining chair. I would have put a small couch in that area.

This property is an absolute Gem. Location incredible, rooms super nice and clean, staff incredibly helpful and pleasant including Eduardo who was just superb. The breakfast helpings and coffee in the am were delicious and can’t recommend it enough. Stayed for 24 nights and fifth time to Isla. Wouldn’t review it this well if it wasn’t real. Single American traveler and if you want a great place at a great price, stay here. For certain. The hidden gem on North side of Isla which is exactly where you want to be. Here.

I stayed in the suite on the top floor ( no elevator). It was spacious and light, had a great bedroom with a very big comfortable bed, a nice living room wit a comfy sofa, kitchen and balcony. I could sit on the balcony in the sun or under the stars and I could see the ocean. The shower had good pressure and hot water 24 hours. A/C worked great and there were also ceiling fans. I was there for 2 nights recovering from jet lag before heading off to business meetings in the area so it was perfect, I had space to rest and work, the WiFi was fast in the bedroom and slower in the living room but I managed. I was alone on the top floor so it was quiet. Nice decor. The location is excellent, 3 minutes walk from the ferry, 1 block from the beach and 1 block from downtown shopping area. I loved it

A note about cleanliness, I had to wash the utensils , plates and cups before use. The toilet flush pressure was very low, making it hard to flush properly. The kitchen looked very nice, big fridge and new appliances, a beautiful table set up with plates and wine glasses, but there was 1 small knife only, no spoons, no pans, only two very small pots. If someone wanted to make a proper meal they couldn’t . Other than that everything was truly great

This is acceptable place for vacation in Mexico. Isla Mujeres-is a little island with very authentic little souvenirs stores around and polite people. The island is very safe to stay. The other side of island- Punta Sur is absolutely amazing place with Goddess Ischel statue.

There was not much that we didn't like. Too many golf carts and bikes running in narrow streets, but it was ok; We took local bus to got to Punta Sur (golf cart cost around 90 dollars for 5-6 hours) and it was so good idea-you can look around and see a lot of little interesting authentic things.

Very convenient location a short walk to the beach, close to many bars and restaurants in Centro. Are room was spacious and the air conditioner worked well. Some of the rooms have better units than others. The wi-fi was spotty at times but most of the time was good enough to check emails. The staff was friendly and housekeeping kept our room swept and clean. We would recommend to others!

We had a nice stay, hotel has a great location, easy reachable from Ferry port. Big and clean room, welcoming reception staff, nice toiletries, comfy beds.

For us breakfast was included in the price. There was a toast, jam, coffee and apple and banana. We would love to have more variations like ham and cheese, for example.

Location, clean, water pressure, customer service always helpful and friendly. Always a great deal on bookings

WiFi needs to be a bit stronger but in a concrete structure surrounded it is understandable.

Located close to the beach. The room was spacious and clean. Everyone was very friendly.

The pillows were a little hard. There was some construction going on during the day that made siestas a little difficult but not impossible.

Location of the hotel is perfect. The staff are AWESOME, front desk staff, housekeeping staff. If not for them I would have not given a 10. Beach towels are offered but better get them early due to not enough for demand. Not sure I would stay here again. Not a bad place but not a great place. The staff made our stay great.

Beds not so comfortable, hot water is hit or miss and more miss than hit.
