The hotel is right inside a small shopping center with restaurants, coffee place, a gym, etc. I love the location. The beds are comfortable and the room is pretty clean. It has a microwave, and a fridge. At night is quiet and the window coverings block most of the morning light. We requested a taxi and found out that downtown is only five minutes away from the hotel. We felt super safe because the hotel connects you to the taxi service at a reasonable price. Late at night we had diner at the restaurants outside the hotel (the sushi place was our favorite, and the one we didn't like is El Chaparral).

The smog from people smoking in one of the rooms in our floor was just nasty and it got to our room. Told receptionist but it was little she could do ( that was the only down side to our stay)

Great location. Mattresses are comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful, and they quickly take action to solve any problems we encountered during our stay. The safe reliable transportation at any time at the hotel’s doors, good free coffee,

The noise coming from other rooms. The sheets are clean but are more gray than white. The pillows are kind of cheap.

I liked the location. I also liked that there were restaurants right outside and there are plenty of parking spaces and it´s underground. It is modern, the staff was friendly.

I didn´t like to have to go downstairs for coffee. I paid for four people and only had three towels. The fridge was off and the room is a little dark. I didn´t take a blowdryer because I thought there would be one in the hotel room.

I liked the room, I was in the junior suite. It had plenty of room and the refrigerator, microwave, desk, and wifi were nice. The room and hotel are very clean. The hotel is in a little strip mall by the river, within walking distance to the downtown area.

No food included, but that was OK because it was made known, although I learned most hotels in the area provide breakfast. The only negative, which is minor, is they said there was a landmark riverview but the window did not even point to the river.

The room was decent in size and finishes. Beds where comfortable . Sheets where clean. It had a decent view of the parking area which is always of benefit.

The access to / from the parking area is not the most friendly for luggage and misc. baggage due to narrow entrance and elevator doors. There are no carts for heavy luggage. The hotel prides itself to have several dining places in the same structure. That is NOT true. Only one is functional and that is limited for reservations only. Hotel guests have no exclusivity / preference. Basically there is NO option for the hotel guests. One needs to take a cab or drive to a restaurant / market .

The hotel was welcoming and clean the staff there was amazing and our room very clean . we loved it!!! what I also loved was that you had everything near by like restaurants including a little shopping center

Enjoyed microwave, fridge, and plenty of pay channels on TV. These are all amenities that I didn't get at other places at more than double the cost. It is also centrally located with adjacent businesses.

Staff missed cleaning an area the bathroom.

The only thing it was the front staff she did not meet the expectations of a great customer service. When I arrive she asked me for my payment again, which I did it online. She charge me twice. I had the confirmation, and she did not bother to take a look at or for me to write it down for her. The towels where poor Quality.
