Great breakfast, unbeatable location in between Olas Altas beach and Plaza Machado, lots of great restaurants nearby. Relatively quiet for being in a busy area (especially if you get a room facing the courtyard vs the street). Rooms are simple but comfortable and clean and staff was very helpful and kind!

Hotel restaurant Macaws was so so - Recommend eating at one of the many other great spots nearby for lunch/dinner. Light sleepers may have some trouble - opening the windows to get fresh air rather than AC meant street noise and light.

We had a great time at the hotel due to it's awesome location, helpful staff and delicious food and drinks. I'm amazed at the well kept manner of the common areas.

My issues were the bedding sheets were not a clean as I would expect when we arrived. That said, the maid service did come in and changed them to fresh sheets during the middle of the trip.

The staff were lovely. Alfredo, the manager is very warm, kind and personable. Veronica and Antonio and Reyna were all very helpful and accommodating. Alfredo always greeted me by name and made me feel so welcome which I really appreciated. The second floor main balcony was a very relaxing place to hang out. The location of the hotel is excellent-very central and walkeable to the malecon (boardwalk and beach) and La Plaza Machado (main square great for people-watching, listening to music and going to restaurants). Good wi-fi. Tasty breakfasts. Free filtered water. I appreciated that this hotel was very small and that the staff seemed to care about the well-being of their guests.

The room I was in was a little loud at some points which I guess, is the tradeoff for being in such a central location. My stay included a holiday weekend and I had to wear ear plugs on one of the nights when I went to sleep.

Casa do Leyendas is a beautiful and comfortable B&B. The staff is warm, welcoming and efficient. It is in a great location in old town Mazatlán, adjacent to Macayos Restaurant, across from two museums and a half block away from the beach.

Breakfast is good, but minimalistic. It is served in the beautiful central courtyard, but food items like orange juice or bacon cost extra.

Casa De Leyendas exceeded our expectations. It's located in the historic center, which is an ideal place to stay if you'd like to experience authentic Mazatlán. The staff is SO kind an accommodating. They have beach towels/umbrellas/chairs to lend you for the beach and the free breakfast is delicious.

I loved everything about this hotel. The breakfast was great, with a decent options. Central location with plenty of restaurants nearby . Easy access to the Malecon de Mazatlan and Plaza Machado. All the other major attractions are a short walk away. The staff was wonderful and very helpful.

There was nothing I disliked. Everything was great! Highly recommend this hotel.

Everything. Staff!! Lovely outdoor patios & indoor lounge area. Rooms on top floor are particularly nice. Perfect location in centro, with nice indoor/outdoor cafe & bar below. Loved everything about Casa de Leyendas. Completely charming and comfortable Inn.

Lighting could be enhanced in the rooms...

I love the ambiance of the hotel. It's super welcoming, and comfortable. The fact the hotel is located one block from the beach is an awesome perk. There is plenty of wonderful windows and outdoor seating areas, perfect for enjoying a coffee or cocktail while watching the sunset. I also really enjoy the fact that there is a bar/restaurant attached to the hotel. It is really great after a long day of traveling to simply walk next door for dinner and/or a beer. I will always stay here when passing through Mexico.

The only thing to be aware of is the noise in the area, especially during high season and on weekends! The streets below can get a bit rowdy and oftentimes there are cars driving by with very loud music.

We love this beautiful property. Everyone is very kind and the rooms are charming and always clean and well stocked.

We were really disappointed in the restaurant this time. We have stayed here many times and we always eat here - this time service was very bad - food was just OK and I never even got my entree after reminding our server twice. Then they finally brought it with the check in a to go container and It was cold. So I sent it back and said just take it off the check - by then - over 2 hours later - I was no longer hungry from eating half of my husbands meal. Very disappointing.

As a solo traveler I really enjoyed my stay and felt safe. Clean close to the beach, el centro, restaurants nice rooftop bed was comfortable good water pressure great service Veronica gave me an upgrade 😃 gracias 🙏 Reyna was amazing 🤩 Breakfast was delicious
